Hotel San Miguel  

wounderful---great location, friendly staff, very helpfull

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked onto an interior patio which was delightful. The room itself was a good size and the bathroom was well equipped with all facilities including a bidet. There is no bar and no breakfast facilities but there are plenty of bars and cafes within less than 100 metres. There is a vending machine near reception dispensing water, soft drinks, beer and snacks as well as a coffee machine. All in all I consider this hotel exceptional value for money and in an ideal location for sight seeing. One can walk to the railway station in about 20 minutes.

What I like is that this hotel did exactly was they said they were going to do, there was no surprises. Everything was at least as good if not better than expectation , the rooms were excellent, comfy beds and linen. We especially liked the inner facing double bed rooms, I think number 6. The bathroom was large, modern and very clean.

Finding the hotel was very very difficult and parking was not at all easy, but we knew that because we read it in another review and hey ho once you found it you dont have to do that again and ditto parking, and the staff were very helpful about this aspect. We would have liked breakfast in the hotel but again we knew not to expect this as its very clear in the booking notes etc.

Location, quiet,

Location and price are excellent. In the center very close to the old town. Rooms are clean and nice decorated. Typical "cordoba" style indoor patio and decoration. Next to a lot of shops, bars and restaurants but still very quite and relaxing. Don´t miss the restaurant called "Bodega Gongora" next door with authentic cordoba food and drinks with excellent prices!

Exceptional value for money even though the room was somewhat Spartan. Very well located for shopping as well as the cultural highlights of the city.

It is hard to find somthing not to like

The staff was excellent- very professional, courteous, and eager to help. The accommodations were comfortable and the hotel had a warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely visit again! Thank-you for such a pleasant stay!

Francisco was very helpful and friendly. He could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend a hotel stay here. Close to Mesquita and the Jewish quarter.

Large room with high ceiling and huge windows, spacious with a full closet including drawers, tile bath, nice bed
