El trato que nos dieron tanto al llegar en recepción, como en la cafetería del hote, a la hora de resolver alguna duda en recepción, el servicio de limpieza muy amable también. Que el sabado por la noche no hubiese ninguna actuación en el hotel.

El precio y la ubicación. EL día de salida hay que dejar la habitación a las 10h de la mañana. Se escuchaba mucho ruido por el balcón. Había que hacer cola para entrar al comedor y luego cerraban la plancha y recogían la comida a las 15h en punto al mediodía y a las 22h por la noche. Así que si habías esperado para entrar luego no te daba tiempo a comer. Poco personal en comedor. También había que hacer cola para pagar las bebidas.

The room was spacious and the beds bigger than other hotels we visited before. In our case only the breakfast was included but we were very satisfied with what the served, plenty of choices. Could be even better if the yogourt was not only fat free. The location was good, arund 300 m from the beach that was magnificent. 300 m could sound like a bit away but it's not, is really near. Another improvement could be to have free WiFi in the rooms. The only we were very disapointed with was the cleaning.The first impresion when comming to the room was that it was clean but when having a closer look we discovered that the floor was dusty, the closets, space under and around the beds, the toilets, etc had not had a decent cleaning for weeks.There was a "disinfected" sign sealing the toilet but we discovered defecation marks in the seat, really disgusting! Even if the staff tried to help it's obvious that there are no good routines for cleaning and/or not enough staff. A pity, the hotel is otherwise good.
