rooms were big and clean and comfortable

Staff were unfriendly especially breakfast staff. The breakfast experience was generally very frustrating with coffee machine breaking down ( as well as long queues), lack of basic things like salt and pepper not on table, some buffet foods running out, staff seems disinterested to help.

I particularly loved the location, so close to the sea yet nice and quiet. It was merely steps from several nice cafes and restaurants and a short pleasant stroll to the main part of Sitges through the Old Town.

I had some difficulty with ordering room service.

Fabulous location! We were upgraded since our room type was not available to a beautiful suite.

Wish we had more time to enjoy Sitges!

- room safe did not work - door key did not work on arrival - double bed required got twin - buffet breakfast messy and poor service - pool not heated - hotel under staffed - nothing to do with 4 stars - dinner in the evening disappointed

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Their English was good and that made our stay easier! The free breakfast was a plus and a very healthy, spread of fruits, eggs, meats and breads. The cappuccino's topped off the morning. The location to the train was a bonus as well. A 6 minute walk was a very easy thing to negotiate.

Nothing! We would stay here again.

Location and I asked for a room overlooking the beach and sea which was worth the extra money it was lovely.

This hotel is in an excellent location right on on the beach and it's lovely to hear the sea rolling in at night.

The only negative about this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every little noise from the adjoining rooms.

Everything was great about our 5 night short break and would certainly return.

The restaurant staff was surly, not friendly, and acted like they just wanted their shift to end. The breakfast and afternoon staff were very unfriendly. Reward your staff if they show good customer service. Teach them how to interact w tourists. We felt like a bother to them and would not eat dinner there as a result. Teach them how to enjoy their job and have fun w tourists vs loath us. Thanks

It is right on a beach In a quieter area of Sitges.

The bathrobes do need to be replaced.

The location right on the beach side is such an added bonus. Having breakfast watcing the world go by and the sea lapping on the shore.

The noise of the lift in the first room we had, we moved after 2 days; Beware room 315 on the third door. Also the Hotel is not very soudproof and people slam doors and clatter around on the stone floors. There is not much I suppose they can do about it though.

A lovely hotel - very clean, tastefully decorated and in a superb location right on San Sebastian Beach. The hotel is not on the main Sitges waterfront with most of the other hotels, but on the quieter and nicer San Sebastian beach a lovely 5 minute stroll along the castle walls to the town. We had an excellent time and highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly attitude of staff and fact they spoke English. Menu in English! Good design of bathroom. Plentiful supply of toiletries . ease of use of room/light key. Generous breakfast. Location almost on the sea itself! Cleanliness of environs and interest of same.

Could not fault it.

Great location on the best beach strip in Sitges. Nice restaurants nearby and almost no traffic between the hotel and the beach. Nice to have breakfast outside with the ocean view. Walking distance to everything.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff and good location, just 6 minutes to the train station.

Very comfortable and well presented. Pool view was lovely and very peaceful. Location was brilliant and very easy for the beach and local cafes. Short walk to the shops, bars and clubs which meant the hotel was nice and quiet at night time as not too close to the party atmosphere, yet you could walk back easily when you were out. We've stayed in Sitges several times before and this was our favourite hotel so far. Train station/tourist information is only a short walk from the hotel also so great for travelling.

Breakfast was expensive €14, but we chose to eat out as it was cheaper so not sure what the quality/value for money was.

Unfortunately our room was next to the lift, therefore little sleep the first night. Explained problem to Reception the next morning, the young chap quickly arranged an exchange room which was perfect. This chap must be a joy to the hotel, always a smile on his face, nothing too much trouble. Looking forward to our next visit to San Sebastian in Sitges.
