Very good,

“ The studio was an excellent choice. It had everything we needed and plenty of closet/drawer space. The location is fabulous going into the center, as well as catching the train going directly to the airport upon leaving. ”

Just ok Not a seperate bedroom as booked, only a wardrobe seperating living area from bedroom, bathroom door next to double bed making it difficult for person using sofa bed. While travelling to Madrid we received a phone call asking what time we would arrive, this was at around 4.00pm, they said they would wait for us, they are meant to be there until 8.00pm, we arrived at around 7.15pm. When we discovered the "apartment" was not as expected I went straight to reception to find there was no one there to put things right, this was at around 7.30pm I will not use this company again

Very well appointed, modern amenities with coffee maker (unusual in Spain), clean and spacious. Luis and his wife at reception were instantly welcoming and available should we have needed anything. The price was reasonable also. The central location was perfect for our needs, yet still quiet! Nothing to dislike.

Spacious for a family of five so did not have to get 2 rooms. Good location near Principe Peo train/bus station and Palacios Real. Walkable to Plaza Mayor and Puerta Sol but quite a ways to Prado and Atocha stations. Not very many nice eating establishments in close proximity

Friendly welcome from Louis, the caretaker, despite late arrival. He was very helpful with advice throughout our stay. Clean, spacious and modern apartment. Our apartment located at back of building and quiet. Great local bar/jamon-queso shop next door - open all hours. Convenient location, short walk to Palacio Real. Pleasant walk through old city into centre. Some noise from apartment upstairs - not too bad but worth knowing about!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and we were so happy when we entered!we were expecting a one bedroom apartment and a sofa bed but we had a 2 bed.the views of the royal palace were amazing.the black and white decor was stunning and we were taken aback by how stunning the whole apartment was!the staff were very helpful and we called them when we wanted more towels etc and they assisted straight away.there was plenty of wardrobe space and mirrors which was great for a group of four girls!the location was great very close to the centre and there was shops right next to apartment so we could get all of our food/drinks.the takeaway shop 2 doors down is highly recommended too!we would definately stay here again and for the price great value for money!from the outside you dont expect it to be so beautiful but it really was.easy to get taxis right outside the apartment too which was great.great weekend staying here! Nothing not to like was fabulous

The apartment was well furnished with all modern amneties. The location is perfect and there are two grocery shops directly below the apartment in case one needs to make his own breakfast. Not required in Madrid actually. A nice senseo machine in the apartment to make coffee. A water cooker would be helpful. A bit too expensive for the price but the apartment is surely a luxury apartment. Unfortunately the apartment that we got did not have the view of the palace but on the other hand it was very quite in the night and did not have the road traffic.

We enjoyed our time, 3 days, in Madrid thanks to San Vicente 10, being close to the city centre, metro, cathedral, palace and parks while being very, very quiet. Highly recommend as good self contained accommodation. Trivial thing but a coffee maker/plunger would have been appreciated, but not something to spoil our stay.

It was exactly like the photos online. Perfect location, very close to a main square and 2 or 3 metro stations. Beautiful view of the palace. It was warm and clean.Secure garage. We had problems with the garage door on the way out, it wouldn´t open and there is no-one there. Not a big thing but it was early and very cold and we had to fiddle around for 10 mins to get out.

The independence of leaving in an appartment. It was clean and the bed was confortable. The location was OK The room in the photos on the internet looked much more contemporary and modern. Maybe because we stayed at the studio it was not so nicely furnished like the bigger appartments (but we dont know for sure). The bath was small and without heating. In a more winter month guests will be freezing while having a bath. There is no central heating only an air condition (cold and hot). No cettle in the room. Expensive for what it provides

Reception staff really helpful when our group arrived at separate times and late into the night. Good views of the Palace across the street. Location excellent for metro (and then to anywhere). Kitchen could have used a kettle and a toaster.

Big flat and good decorate, can walk from metro espanza about 5 min. Very clean and full equipment in kitchen. Not convenience for check out 11 am and reception work from 2pm, you drop a key in a box . No service for chaining towel and clean. I stay only 2 ngts so it ok but if longer I dont think I like to stay.

Great location for tourists. Easy walk to many of best sights. Great to be able to make our own breakfast for a change. good eateries nearby, as well as wine shops and mini marts. A bit noisy - it is on a major road that is busy day and night. A window blind that blocked out the all night street lights, flashing lights etc would be helpful.
