Staff was extremely helpful arranging transportation to other cities. I did not find an internet to use and the extra bed charge for a third person was way high.

El hotel esta justo enfrente del Corte Inglés. En la zona pudimos aparcar con mucha facilidad. La almohada de la cama muy comoda. La habitación que nos dieron era de las más pequeña. Supongo que por haber hecho la reserva por internet y su precio inferior al del que figura en el hotel. El cuarto de baño es incomodo, con el mando de la ducha en el extremo opuesto a donde esta la alcachofa. No tienen canal de TV de pago en ninguna televisión del hotel.No pudimos ver el partido de fútbol. El café del desayuno bastante malo. Compre una tarjeta de conexión a internet de 1 hora y nos cobraban la de 24 horas.

Por fín he encontrado un hotel a mi gusto en León, después de recorrer siete u ocho establecimientos con anterioridad. Situado en el centro de León, frente a El Corte Inglés. Moderno, amplia habitación, suelo de madera. Cuarto de baño con ducha, sin bañera. Mini-bar gratuito. Habitación exterior en 7ª planta, con mucha claridad. Personal muy amable. Buen garaje, fácil de aparcar. Por la noche hacía calor incluso con la calefacción apagada. Había que dormir con la ventana abierta, en marzo y en León.

Me han gustado las habitaciones en general, tanto en confort como en limpieza. También el que el minibar fuera gratuito y poder dejar el coche en el Parking del hotel después de salir de este. La verdad es que me ha gustado todo, la única excepción es el precio del Parking que podía ser un poco más barato, pero tampoco pongo muchas pegas sobre ello.

El diseño del hotel en general y del restaurante y espacio wifi en particular. El parking muy espaciosoy con bastantes plazas. La climatización del hotel es pésima.Estuvimos cuatro noches,nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación al no poder dormir del calor excesivo que había en la habitación y que no podíamos controlar. Tienen un problema con las tarjetas de las habitaciones que se desmagnetizan continuamente. El hotel es un 4 estrellas pero carece de :caja fuerte,espejo de aumento y bidé.

Me gusta porque es un hotel cómodo, tranquilo, en zona tranquila y con una gran superficie al lado. Las plazas de garaje (opción) no son angostas. No me ha gustado que el coste de la plaza de garaje en Booking aparezca como 10'80 y en factura sea de 11'80 euros, si mal no recuerdo. Todos los precios deben estar actualizados. No sé si el fallo es del ac San Antonio o de Booking. Son detalles que molestan y no soy pesetero.

El excelente trato que nos dio el recepcionista que nos recibio la noche del 31 de diciembre. No nos gusto el trato tan distante y frio de la camarera que nos ofrecio el dia de año nuevo el desayuno informal, que nos dieron a las 12h. Por favor, que el proximo año nuevo, que estaremos alli, sea un poquito mas amable.

Me siento cómodo en él, aunque tener la mole de El Corte Inglés de frente quite vistas. También puede ser una ventaja tener el centro comercial al lado a efectos de compras u orientación. El personal tuvo un trato agradable en todo momento y las plazas de garaje no son angostas. No sabría decir algo que no me gustase. Tampoco "viví" en el hotel. El hotel es el punto de descanso tras vivir la ciudad un poco.
