Hotel staff were very friendly, it was very clean and the food was great, also its in a great location we will defo be back again 2 this hotel.

This is our 22nd holiday at the San Antonio Hotel and as always it was a great stay there. The staff are so very friendly and helpful , nothing was any bother for them. In the restaurant at dinner, Marcial Fontez and Antonio Lara were fantastic at looking after my wife and myself as they have done on many previous occasions. The housemaid who looked after us in room 3316 from 02/05/13-16/05/13 was fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Our grateful thanks once again to Senior Martin Cruces (Hotel Director) and all of his staff for making it another memorable holiday. Thank You Mr and Mrs Currid.

Not a thing.

The reception staff are extremely nice and helpful. The nightly entertainment was very good and there is a very friendly atmosphere in hotel. A bottle of champagne and a bowl of fruit was left in our room to welcome us back which we thought was a lovely touch.

The towels and sheets are a bit old and the beds are not very comfortable

The grounds were very nice and clean and there were plenty of beds at swimming pool. Also the buffet breakfast and dinner were very nice

Rooms need updating

we both liked the pool area and the view of the sea from our bedroom

having to pay 97e for the view even though we were on our 4th visit to the hotel and the head receptionist male didnt even want to know/ we found his knowledge of english v.poor so communication wasnt the best. the rooms are very dated with poor quality sheets and horrible flowery bedspread.

The mosquitoes which appeared to be a feature in the hotel at night. The extra charges for silly things like emptying the fridge to allow us to keep our items cook. The noise generated by the dining room staff when dinning time had officially ended.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay in Hotel San Antonio. Accommodation,staff, entertainment! Hygiene all very good. Looking forward to going back sometime. My other three friends are of the same opinion.

I feel that the tables should all be Set with the cutlery and delph required for the different meals. Getting everything takes time resulting in the beautiful meals geting cold. Tea an coffee should be served.

The Pool area was good and the room was also lovely. The reception staff and the household staff were also very nice and friendly. The location was also very good.

The food in the resteraunt was very repediative and in my opion of poor quality.I paid for full board but ate my dinner out on three occassions and would say we only endured it the other nights.I saw chicken legs for linch and breakfast. the sirlion steak was NOT sirlion in my opion. The guy in the resteraunt checking the tickets was rude and very almost angry with my wife the first night as she did not bring the ticket down to dinner with her. The food outside the Hotel was of a good standard but the Hotel food was not and if I was to stay their again I would choose B&B only.

Excellent location next to Puerto del Carmen, bus stops outside door, on the beach, loads of sunbeds.

Beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, but really not too bad.

Liked everything about the hotel, location, staff, food, facilities, friendliness, just everything.

I have a fobia about cats. I am scared of them. Last time we stayed, there were no cats round the pool. This time there were at least two. I realize this is not a problem for most people, but it is a major problem for me.

Great friendly and relaxing.Plenty of activities for all.

Banquet meals food was good but having to que for it, dining area requires upgrading especially the flooring .
