VIK Hotel San Antonio  

Hela anläggningen var välskött och städad, detta gällde inte minst de allmänna ytorna och poolområdet.

Det var ingenting jag direkt ogillade, men var lite förvånad över det tydliga önskemålet om formell klädsel vid middagen. Det var ingenting vi blivit informerade om när vi bokade och jag saknade därför till viss del"lämplig" klädsel. När vi försökte få kontakt via internet och telefon när vi bokade så hade personalen konstigt nog svårt att kommunicera på engelska och återkom aldrig med svar. Vi fick dock bra hjälp från Booking personalen.

My husband and I decided this year not to do half board as we always felt we missed out in trying the lovely restaurants that Lanzarote had to offer. So we booked bed and breakfast only and we were delighted with this. The Hotel was very central to everything and we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel offered a very good breakfast and there was a menu that would suit everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable, cleaned everyday and had everything you required the only downside was they were bit on the small side. The sunbathing area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and access on to the beach. The big plus for this hotel was the entertainment it was excellent. Every night they had different acts and they were very professional. The only thing that my husband was disappointed with was they did not have a sauna but other than that we would recommend the hotel to our friends and we would stay there again.

Have stayed at this hotel before and have always found it friendly, comfortable, and in our view is placed in an ideal situation to get the best for a stay in Lanzarote. The rooms are starting to look tried but remain clean and comfortable and good for the price. During our stay we were informed that some rooms are being renovated but an extra cost is incurred to stay in a refurbished room. Will visited this hotel again, just like many other guest at the hotel!

Leisurely, laid back attitude. No hassle. Friendly staff and comfortabl surroundings. Liked the entertainment, in particular the the band that played from8 to 10 and again from 11 to 12.

Some of the shows were far too lloud. While the composition was quite good the music was way tooo loud.

It is a great Hotel for familys, Johnny is the activities coordinator and he does a brillant job.

Good location, well maintained, staff very helpful

Selection of food in buffet breakfast was excellent though temperature of food was poor.

We liked the location of the hotel, it was close to beach and shops.

We thought the bathroom very small. The hot food was a bit cold and overcharge for a fridge.

The hotel's location is more than excellent - right on the beach of Puerto del Carmen. Right across the main entrance there is a bus station, connecting you to some of the most famous destinations of Lanzarote (E.G. Playa Blanca or Arrecife). The room was big, extremely clean and stylish. The food at the restaurant is served in buffet style and is very tasty, a lot of choices being provided. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

Hotel was clean and spacious, could get a sun-bed any time of the day.Food was great, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Some of the male resteraunt staff need to smile abit more.

Staff was very nice (lobby, bar, restaurant)...

Live music only lasted until 24h :(
