1St) We paid for a double room (25m2) , and they tried to cheat us by
giving us a single room (with a double bad) and told us the hotel was
fully booked. If we did not see that, they would have left us stay the
whole week there, without telling is a word. So be careful to get what
you pay for (rooms xx01 are of 18 m2, and are single). We asked to speak
with the manager to explain what happened, but we never got the chance.
He was never available for us. So, we just let it down after 3 days, it
made no sense so, no help comes to you when you need it most. The
personnel staff is covering each other, and none of them helped us speak
with the manager. Every time we asked, they’ve got an excuse not to.
2Nd) Even if we announced them on Booking.com that we will get there
late in the evening, they did not considered that at all. So, being fair
it does not mean you’ll get what is right, but what is left. 3Rd) The
food was not great at all: half-cooked croissants, only soda juice, meat
based dishes were fully oiled. We found far better food in the city, so
we barely ate at the hotel. 4Th) Nothing in the mini-bar, except one
bottle of water for the whole stay. Even if you are happy to pay for the
minibar, it was empty. You have to go downstairs/outside and buy
staffs by yourself. 5Th) More than 70% of clients are over 60 years. So,
not so attracting for young couples. 6Th) The furniture of the room is
not well maintained, and is quite old. The double bed are quite small
(not queen or king size beds) 7th) The WiFi quality was very poor (less
than 1Mb in download and less than 0.5 Mb in upload). So, not
recommended at all for purchasing (the session will certainly expire)
8th) We’ve selected this hotel based on the fact that it has a grade
bigger than 8 on booking, and we did not really considered the few bad
comment. Bad mistake, but we confirm: we’ve learnt our lesson, this
hotel did not fulfilled at all our expectations.
The hotel looks nice from outside, the swimming pool are is nice too.
