Hotel location. Beautiful city very relaxing weekend will go back again.
- Nice neighbourhood. Not so manny tourists and nice bars. - Nice swimmingpool on the roof. - Big and clean rooms.
- Avoid the restaurant.
excellent room, very helpful staff, very clean. Having an underground car park
would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the room
the garden the pool area
while I felt safe there ,I would not walk home at night on my own from the centre of the city
Reception staff were excellent. Underground carpark with staff to park and recover car was excellent. Good size bedroom.
Bar and restaurant area not very inviting. Dining chairs are very uncomfortable patio chairs. Breakfast selection was poor compared to other 4 star hotels. Bathrooms very dated
Location, the big ground floor courtyard and the rooftop pool area.
No wifi in rooms (you need to go to reception) and the rooms in the new part of the hotel are small and very functional (although the bathrooms are nice).
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
We didn't get the best room, it was ground floor right next to the restaurant area so we could never have the windows or curtains open due to noise/privacy.
Room was small in the new block which resembled an office block and the view from the window was more like looking down on a lift shaft. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from other rooms and I mean everything. I did request a room in the old hotel and breakfast, but on arrival I was told no breakfast booked and a room in the new block. Nice hotel for an overnight stay but the area was down trodden. I also was told I would pay for the hotel on arrival but the money went out of my account before I arrived. So very sorry but it was awful.
Location is excellent and the old building is stunning. Outdoor Pool excellent for a built up city but no poolside cafe or bar.
The plumbing system noise in the new building is the noisiest and most annoying I have ever experienced. At times it seemed like everyone was either going to the toilet or showering from all sides. The internet access was extremely poor and therefore I would not recommend the hotel for business use where this facility is essential
room gloomy into lightwell
Nice and helpful staff. Quiet location but still in old town. Great swimming pool.
Breakfast was the weak point.
Pool, nearby many good restaurants
The rooms were very comfortable, swimming pool clean and quiet Very nice and relaxing patio
Difficult to park if you do not take parking option
Room, location, breakfast
Hotel was fine for 2 nights stay, location was out of way of the Santa Cruz area but bus stop near by. Breakfast was poor. Hotel itself was small with a pool that entertained the children when it got too hot to go sight seeing. Our bedroom was on the growing floor but faced the indoor courtyard so lacked light and views. Would probably choose a hotel near the Santa Cruz area closer to all the activities.
Poor breakfast Out of the way of the way
Best Value Pool Extremely Clean Excellent Luxury rooms Great location
Good hotel in a fantastic location, 10-15 min walk to the old town centre.
ROOFTOP POOL AND LOUNGING AREA, SIZE OF ROOM, COURTYARD, BREAKFAST, STAFF, RELAXED FEELING.
LACK OF PARKING NEARBY. LACK OF ENGLISH TV CHANNELS, NOT A NECESSITY BUT NICE TO HAVE A CHOICE. THIS IS A VERY MINOR POINT.
They don't speak English
Rooms were large, with lovely bathrooms. Lobby area with beautiful old tiles made a great entrance. Rooftop pool is an excellent place to cool off from the heat too. Very clean. Lovely courtyard - rooms facing courtyard particularly nice.
Sound insulation poor so could hear noise from reception staff and cafeteria. Wifi reception very patchy
Beautiful sevillano style hotel. Lovely room, helpful staff and great location. There is even a pool on the top floor. Couldn't be better !
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and tidied each day.
The evening menu for the hotel restaurant wasn't great. When the hotel was busy the pool area didn't have sufficient space.
Given a room in the new part of the hotel. Small, airless, soulless, windowless. Could have been staying anywhere - did not see any of the unique elements pictured in the hotel's advert in our room! Was disappointed, I'd been looking forward to the large, airy rooms I'd see online. Swimming pool was tiny and packed full of children!
- The pool was the only nice thing at this hotel.
- We had to wait a long time at the reception to check in, because nobody was there. - The staff didn't speak good English - The second night of our stay there was a cockroach in the bathroom. When we informed the staff the next day about it, they didn't apologize but put the blame on us. They just said that we shouldn't open the window, although it was the chambermaid who opened it. - The price for the laundry service is a rip-off. - Clothes which were washed by the hotel staff were damaged afterwards. - The breakfast was poor for the price of 15 euros. - It's not a non-smoking hotel! People smoked e.g. at the pool and in the restaurant. - The hotel is not located in the city center and far away from the train station. Our stay at this hotel in Sevilla was a big disappointment! Vel eit anna hotell om du har moglegheita, svømmebassenget aleine klarar ikkje å gje det hotellet her fire stjerner. Her burde det vore gjort ei ny undersøking!
