Lage, Zimmer, Mitarbeiter.Bei der Anreise wurden wir für die erste Nacht in ein anderes Hotel ausquartiert, dies war vom sehr nahe und wirklich toll.

Für die erste Nacht in ein anderes Hotel ausquartiert, Wasser schaden in einer Etage.Die Näschte im eigentlich gebuchten Hotel, im 6. Stockwerk zum kleinen Innenhof(Schacht) waren sehr unruhig, laut. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine Lüftungsanlage die ca. alle 30 Minuten für zwei Minuten einen lauten Summton von sich gibt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hatte keine Ahnung wovon dieses Geräuch kommt.

The staff were extremely rude, we go there and they gave us a room where somebody clearly had smoked and when we asked them to give us another room they said they don't have any left but they will open the window for us, so we were left with the window open but obviously smoke smell doesn't go away by just opening the window for an hour.... While waiting in the lounge for the taxi to come to take us to the airport we had a bag of crisps and a water and they told us we cannot have food or drink in the hotel lobby. Also, I was tired and sat with my head resting on the side of the couch and they told me I have to sit up straight I cannot be sleeping in there! They were extremely rude to all other people waiting in the lobby telling them not to drink or eat anything as they're making a mess and to sit up properly (like we were in school or something!) - particularly this receptionist called Claudia Domingo, the rudest staff member I ever came across The bathroom door is made of glass, transparent and it does not shut (that is the design) so the person in the room can see and hear everything going on in the bathroom - so much for privacy! There was water leaking from the ceiling in the lobby

Location perfect for Marathon, Rambles and Airbus

On first night we didnt sleep as the window was broken, we we moved to another room at 0900am on second day but I asked to speak to a manager to discuss a refund for the first night. Despite asking on several occasions the manager did not speak to me. This is very poor.

Staff were the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have stayed in.

Hotel was situated directly across from a nightclub. Young people were shouting in the street from around 2 am to 6am. My husband slept in the bathroom on the last night.

The location is absolutely great, 2 blocks from Plaza Catulunya and 1 block from passeig de gracia. You can move by metro to all the city, including the touristic buses and the bus to and from the airport. The hotel has been renovated, rooms are clean and bathrooms look refurbished. The ladies at the front desk do a wonderful job giving all the information you may need and making you feel like in a five star hotel. Very friendly staff, including the gentleman who does the night shift with good tips about where to go and what to do. It's a great location if you are a wise travel and we got this hotel at a great deal.

Shower head!!!!! Oh my god!!!!! very trendy but not very comfortable, all the water goes out of the shower, bad design. Besides the tub needed some repair. Room on the second floor was extremely dark, with no view. The bed was kind of small and the hotel definitely needs to invest in new comforters, the ones that are in the room give an oldish first impression of the whole room. On the other hand, there is a very nice bar area in the lobby that doesn't look is being taking advantage of.

The location was fantastic near to restaurants shops and tourist highlights

The hotel was very cold as the heating either did not work or was turned off. Despite complaints the issue was not resolved. In Dec the night time temperature was 1C so lots of extra blankets needed.

Strength of wifi signal in room 307 so low that at times internet connection was impossible. Best strength was "LOW"

the room was very hot when we asked for the window that was locked (health & safety) we were told it could not be opened untill later as the receptionist could not leave the desk sh said it would be done when her colleague arrived it never was this was dangerous

The excellent hotel staff (reception, breakfast staff and cleaners), very polite, courteous and helpful. The location was brilliant. The hotel staff knew we where celebrating our wedding anniversary whilst in Barcelona and offered us complimentary breakfast throughout our stay and brought us a bottle of Cava up to our room on the day of our anniversary. A very thoughtful, kind gesture we thought. We had a great stay at the hotel and Barcelona.

The lack of having no tea, coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel bar was never open throughout our stay! If we wanted a hot drink we had to go out of the hotel to get one.

The room was spacious, clean, al the facilities were in place. Looks like there are no issues with noise from street / other rooms. Wifi was working well. Highly recommended. I enjoyed a special price offer from the hotel and it was a fantastic value for money for me.

Comfortable rooms, good location.

One member of staff was particularly rude, however the others were very helpful. No room service, although advertised. Housekeeping knocked / opened the door regularly which was slightly irritating.

I really liked the room especially the design, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Reasonable ease of access to all main city attractions and good transport links. Useful cafe's, tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Useful dedicated car parking below hotel if car needed (not necessary for city tourists)

The "hot" breakfast buffet was cold, and did not vary day-to-day - very limited options. The shower above the bath was useless as a shower - the screen was at the other end, and the shower holder did not allow the water to be directed downwards. Hotel car park expensive. Min-bar prices very expensive.

The staff were extremely attentive and pleasant. The location excellent.

one female receptionist

High quality rooms, quiet airconditioning, close to Rambla and city center. The guy at the reception printed our boarding passes for free, even though we checked out 7 hours before.

No hotel parking, which is actually standard in that area. Breakfast products were of good quality but the choice was very small for a 4 star hotel.

Rent og pænt. Super beliggenhed. Gode værelser. Dejlig morgenmad.

Hotel trak penge ved bestilling selvom der først skulle betales ved ankomst. Selv efter opkald og mange mails blev det ikke rettet. Vinduer kunne ikke åbnes.

Posizione comoda, bella la reception. Stanze comode, personale gentile.

Lo staff un pò lento. La posizione della doccia/vasca scomoda. La tipa che alle 9,30 bussava e apriva per chiedere se volevamo aperte le finestre (mi ha beccata in pigiama un paio di volte)

Om 8.30 uur gingen we intbijten en er waren al geen borden meer. Weinig keus ook. Badkamer zat vol met schimmel en in de kamer hing een enorme putlucht. Personeel was heel onvriendelijk.. Bij het vragen naar waar de supermarkt zit snauwde er een ons af, dat we onze mond moesten houden omdat ze aan het 'werk' is. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er niet schoongemaakt. Alleen de handdoeken werden verwisseld.

Vicinanza alla piazza principale di Barcellona, zona tranquilla e confortevole. Letti grandi e comodi, camera spaziosa.

Wifi poco funzionante, scarsa pulizia del bagno (pavimenti), divieto di portare cibo in camera che viene buttato dal personale addetto alle pulizie.

Q estaba cerca de las ramblas y el ocio.

Q llegamos a las 4 de la tarde para ir hacer una siesta y ducharnos xq despues teniamos q ir a un musical y la sorpresa fue q no nos habian venido a hacer la habitacion. Nunca en la vida me habia encontrado con esta situacion. Y a parte caro x ser un hotel de las estrellas q es.

La ubicación. La oferta de booking por 55€ la noche esta muy bien

No es un hotel de 4*, estaba sucio, la calefacción no funcionaba y la habitación es muy sencillita
