Staff were very pleasant, efficient and nice. Rooms were nice and overall comfortable.

Showers were mediocre. And bed was 2 twin beds instead of double bed for two, which was disappointing. Rooms were not really 4 star hotel quality

Sansi Diputacio is a good hotel with excellent staff.

The hotel is getting old and needs refurbishment. Toilet flush was not working untill we had to shake it up. The fridge doors open up. The locker was not working and we had to call the help many times.

The hotel is really very well located.

The breakfast is too week in regards to the price charged, should improve.

The room

The Breakfast was below par for a 4 Star hotel, partic the hot portion, having recently stayed at the Hilton (Edinburgh), Ramada Jarvis (Manchester), Novotel (Paris), I am able to make the comparison. On a more serious note the check in at 15:00 was poorly handled by the reception staff, arriving at 14:30 I politely inquired about an early checkin, the reception staff pointed to the card on the Desk and said that 15:00 was standard for Spain. She didn't even ask Housekeeping if anything was available, that was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Poor business instinct at worst business suicide at worst, its not a good idea to alienate your customer base,especially 4 star. If she had made a good business case I might have been mollified. If I was the Manager I would be disappointed that reception were not able to handle a simple matter graciously. Po faced and obdurate come instantly to mind. If I was the owner I would be horrified and ashamed at the woeful standard of hospitality offered.

Street corner is a little noisy with the window open, but closed it's not bad at all.

The main door of the hotel was closed at 23.30. The night shift receptonist was rude and he told me that there was an important issue so he had to leave the front desk and locked us (we were 3 couples) outside.

The rooms where very comfortable and very nice furniture...modern and very clean...we enjoyed the stay

Wi-fi nelle camere è scarso o totalmente assente

L’hôtel est bien situé, son personnel est gentil et professionnel. Les chambres sont propres et bien proportionnées. Le bar est sympa.

le petit déjeuner n'est pas copieux.

Sijainti hotellilla oli erinomainen!

- Ei ollut kyllä 4 * hotelli, maks. 3 *! -wc-paperia täytyi "rukoilla". Kaikkina päivinä paperia ei tuotu huoneeseen ollenkaan! -Kylpyhuoneeseen tippui vettä yläkerran wC.stä. -kylpyammeen suojalasi asennettú väärinpäin -seurauksena, että vesi tulee suoraan lattialle! - Maksettuun 3 aikuisen hlön huoneeseen ( 2 + lisävuode) wc-varusteita vain 1-2 hlö:lle - WLAN-yhteys ei toiminut huoneissa! Piti mennä alkaerran aulaan, jos halusi nettiin. - Sängyn alusia ei oltu siivottu koko aikana. Piti hakea siivooja ja näyttää, mistä mättää! Alakerrassa oli baari, mutta baari ei ollut toiminnassa eikä oleskeluhuoneen TV-toiminuta. -Oleskeluhuoneessa oleilu näytti häiritsevän henkilökuntaa, koska siellä oleilua käytiin vähän välein tarkastamassa!
