Good value.

Smell of cleaning products. Huge hotel but empty...(low season).

A beautiful garden. rooms are clean and comftable.

Scabies blankets. The atmosphere in the hotel was more suitable for old people and not young couples. The hotel was locked and dark when we came back from dinner at around 9:00pm. Nobody told us that there is a backdoor and that the hotel is locked so early. We were spending more that an hour outside the hotel trying to find a way getting inside. We tried to open each door around the hotel and suceeded finally with one door that does not look related to the hotel.

Great location for getting Cremallaria to Nuria. The hotel sells tickets for the railway with 10% discount, so buy them there. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool & river terrace. Our room had a view of the mountains and you could hear the river which was lovely. Also had a sofa/daybed which was nice. Hotel is family run & spotless. Located in centre of village, check out some lovely clothes, bakeries, & food shops, good tourist office, market on Saturdays. Recommend Bar Nuria & L'arcada (try all the salads, delicious). Direct train to Barcelona only 2 hours. Central for many marked walking routes.

Breakfast only adequate compared to other hotels in Girona province. Double bed was only 4'6" which could be a problem if you were tall, though the room had a sofa/daybed. The hotel closes all the front shutters around 11 pm which can be a shock if you arrive back late. There is a side entrance but the staff did not advise us of this so we had to do some midnight sleuthing, be warned.

Location and ease of access to railway. Help with booking railway.

Some of the staff seemed to lack training.

Estaba todo muy limpio y caldeado.

El diseño es obsoleto, la cama de muelles. Por fuera le han dado un buen lavado de cara pero por dentro sigue siendo igual que hace 30 años.

Tercera vez que me alojo y todo muy bien. Habitaciones senzillas pero muy limpias. Comida sin florituras pero de calidad y en cantidad. Ideal para ir a Vall de Nuria. Habitaciones cuadruples superior ideales para ir con dos niños.

La ubicación del hotel. Muy céntrico en Ribes. Limpia y con instalaciones muy correctas. Muy comodo y confortable. Es una buena opción si se quiere visitar la Vall de Ribes.

No hay nada negativo . Tal vez lo único es que no está cerca de la estación del cremallera o del Ferrocarril, pero tampoco está muy alejado. Por lo demás todo es correcto.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico. El Hotel está perfecto para alojarse y hacer excursiones por la zona. La comida muy casera, buena y abundante , el servicio muy amable y las instalaciones sin lujos pero perfectas .Está fenomenal para pasar unos dias en familia y además tienen parking gratuito .Esperamos volver

El menú diari és força complert i bo. El hotel ofereix certs serveis per que el turista visiti la zona. La neteja de l'habitació molt bé.
