I wish they could have female dorms, but that wasn't a problem for me, actually it was really fun experience, but I guess girls could feel more confortable without guys hanging in there room, or at least they could add some curtains in the beds to give a little more privacy. But again, none of these matters: Sant Jordi still the best place to be in Barcelona <3
I don't even know how to describe my experience at Sant Jordi; everything was absolutely AMAZING.
It's really well located, I almost didn't take any public transportation or taxi, which allowed me to know the city really well, since I was walking the whole time. Plus, when you arrive, the staff gives you very useful maps that helps finding yourself through everywhere, with a lot of tips of good places do eat, shop, etc.
I fell in love with the decoration, all of the facilities, but mostly the very friendly atmosphere they created. I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT, you just make friends whithout any effort, mostly because of the social activities they have every night, and the free pub crawl (WHICH IS THE BEST).
I was traveling alone for the first time, so Sant Jordi was all I needed. I would definitely recommend to all of you that look for a place to party and meet new people. Also, if you want to sleep, rooms are very quite, since the common area is located in the lowest floor.
Make sure to participate of the events they organize and you won't be sorry, it's impossible not having fun at Sant Jordi. Looking foward to going back!
