People in the hostel a so nice and friendly. The hostel definately has its own unforgettable atmosphere!

The staff is too busy sometimes and I had to wait quite long to talk to them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the metro is just a short walk away. Had a good atmosphere.

The walls in the room are quite thin, so may not be great if you're a light sleeper.

I stayed in one of their appartments with a private room. I liked the fact that it was clean and the location was close to a metro station.

The room can get noisy depending on the other guests sharing the appartment. I seems rooms were reconditioned but the furniture could be better for instance having more storage room or a lamp in the night stand.

Great staff! easy-going and efficient. For me as a solo traveller, came as a "you are free to do whatever you want" e.g. partying (or) have a lovely evening on your own. Refreshing. Noted that there are rules as well, based on respect. Love this.

I think it has many attractive things. Near the metro station and Safrada Familia. You can buy food in the mart, across the street. In addition to that room and facilities are clean and cleaning everyday. You can get travel information easily from the front desk. I was really satisfied with this hostel.

It is clean and comfortable . very near the visit loacation. take the metro is easy. the staffs are nice. free wifi is good!

The place itself was ok, but when I asked to pay by cash rather than credit card they refused and told me my card had been already charged. They also refused to refund the card even though I had the cash right there to pay them with. The desk staff didn't offer much help (they seem to have no authority to do anything) and said I should complain to booking.com as its "not their problem". They told me they would call the management in the morning, but when I pressed to be present at the call it turned out that they were only planning to send an email. They even refused to send me a copy of the email they were planning to send. Really unhelpful and unsatisfactory experience that spoilt our first couple of hours in Barcelona. My feeling is that this hostel chain has grown so big and popular that they are not very worried about customer service in cases that don't fit their normal procedures. Would suggest picking a more personal place with a real owner at the front desk who cares about their customers.

It was clean and had good room facilities

No wifi ANYWHERE, walls paper thin, very noisy, i was there one week and every day i had a new lodger in the apartment with me.

Nice Welcoming, showed me room and everything in person, organised get togethers and discovery of club scene at beach for free, their map was quite helpful, location is great, close to sagrada familia, groceries and bakery just next door, very simple room with safe

Excellent trip would defiantly come back and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona.

If there was one criticism it would be that we didn't have any air conditioning in our apartment only a single fan which between four people wasn't the most comfortable.

Be aware of cockroaches! I had few. No air conditioner in the room itself, only ventilating fan. Quite noisy, consider earplugs.

I had awesome time at Sant Jordi Sagrada Familia. Lot of nice people. Great nightlife every night. I will definitely come again.

The hotel is well looked after and quite modern. You have everything you need for a hostel. Location is great. BUT TOO NOISY!

The bad: First I was given a tiny room, very plain, sad and on top of everything, behind the small window were two operating washing machines that run all day! I asked to change rooms and I was given a bigger one on the other side of the building which was ok. The worst: Noise, and a lot of it! If you want to have a decent night's sleep avoid this hotel at all costs!!!! When I read the reviews before booking this hostel, I though people were being picky and booked it anyway. Trust me, no sleep for two days drives you mad! I had my earplugs with me and I was woken up many times at night. My room was between the kitchen and the shower, and the window led to the main indoor patio. People come and go at all times, especially really young people, inconsiderate, banging doors, shouting, etc. This hostel is great for groups who want to have fun and meet new people, otherwise, avoid it!!!

It was amazing experience visiting Barcelona, and the credit goes to Sant Jordi. The staff is very friendly, other groups visiting the hostel also became friends. And it started looking like a same group :). Would like to have such hostels in more cities. Good work guyz.. Keep rocking :)
