The wonderful location and the views. Amiable and helpful staff.

As I said a few years ago when I last stayed here, directions from town are non-existent, and the written address is in a different language from those in my gps. As before, the bedroom needs a mirror over the dressing table/desk, which will not steam up like the one in the bathroom when one has showered.

Nice hotel for passing through on our way to Portugal. Room was good, bathroom very good! Wonderful view because high on a moutain.

Very difficult to find, not to be find with Tomtom. It took us a long time, fortunately we speak Spanish so with help of the locals... Also the fact that te restaurant opened not earlier than 9, which is normal in Spain, but it is very late if you travelled a long way and want to leave early. Perhaps this Spanish habit needs a bit of a up-dating (after all in Portugal you can eat much earlier). And dinner was not very good. Fish was O.K. but the meat and soup not.

I telephoned the hotel to let them know i will be late ,i arrived at 23 30 and the manager woke up and greeted us with a smile.

Location is superb

Better directions to locate the hotel are needed. We were the only people using the dining room on our night of stay. The food was excellent but the portions, particularly the entrees wre twicw as big as neccesary. The prices are expensive and would suggest that if the portions were smaller and the prices lower then more people would use the facility.

This small family hotel has been total renewed with lovely clean rooms. Very comfortable bed and bath. There is a full restaurant with the hotel and the dinner there was delicious and reasonable. We would stay at this hotel again if in that area.

Challenging to find, as the road signs are in Basque and it is somewhat out of the town and up on a hill. Makes for good views, however.

La amabilidad del encargado. La tranquilidad del sitio rodeado de montañas, valles, vacas, corderos, un sitio bucólico y para relajarse como parada de un viaje largo. Me gusta y cuando vuelvo de Francia siempre paro en el Hotel Santa Ana

Tienen una buena cocina, pero los fines de semana casi siempre tiene eventos como bodas, comuniones etc. y no puedes comer en el hotel. Y que el domingo noche esten cerrados el restaurante y tambien la cafeteria

Ganz schwer zu finden, keine Ausschilderung. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen.

Gran profesionalidad del personal , muy buen trato , amable y servicial. Muy Limpio Gran zona de Parking. Un lugar idóneo para descansar tanto en viaje de negocios como de ocio ; un lugar rodeado de bella naturaleza.

La limpieza

El Hotel es muy nuevo , espacioso, agradable. Cambiaría las mantas y la colcha por un edredon mono. Le pega más al hotel.

Lo unico, por decir algo , que la puerta del baño se iba sola y pegaba en la taza del water. Yo , que madrugué bastante, me preocupaba no molestar a alguién por el ruido involuntario.

Es un hotel nuevo, limpio y confortable. El presonal del hotel es muy amable. Buena realición calidad/precio. Muy buena ubicación.

Las vistas desde la ventana. La habitación muy grande y confortable. La comida excelente.

Solo que, para una vez que decidimos volver a cenar al hotel, aquella noche, al ser domingo, cerraban la cafeteria. Fallo nuestro. Estaba perfectamente indicado en la hoja de la habitación.

Atención por parte de los empleados

La amabilidad de todos los empleados, con un trato muy familiar, y sobre todo, la terraza por la noche, viendo la población de Mondragón casi a vista de pájaro. Estupendo hotel para escapadas de fin de semana. Sin problemas de aparcamiento, que ésto, a veces, sí es un problema en otros hoteles.

Nada que resaltar.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht für die Durchreise nach Süden genutzt. Nicht zu weit weg von der Autobahn, aber weit genug weg vom teureren San Sebastian. Die 3x gebuchten Twin-Bed-Rooms je 54 EUR waren einfach, sauber, alles vorhanden. Personal spricht nur Landessprache. Wir kamen erst gegen 21h30 an, aber trotzdem wurde uns noch Essen im Hotelrestaurant ermöglicht. Das Menü war sehr einfach und kein kulinarisches Highlight, für die Uhrzeit und den Preis aber okay. Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert für 6 Personen, 1x Flasche Hauswein rot, 3x Bier, 1x Flasche Mineralwasser, 1x Cola, 1x Tee für 97 EUR. Frühstück ab 08h00 war gut für 4 EUR.

Tres tres tres bruyant si vous avez le malheur d'etre au premier etage au dessus du resto bar ! Les espagnols sont assez expressifs Situation de l'hotel difficile a trouver meme avec un bon GPS !!

Me ha gustado la ubicacion , la limpieza , el personal muy amable. Sugerir el tema desayuna , es bastante flojo. Por lo demas estupendo

El trato del personal es desde el primer momento como si te conocieras de toda la vida, como amigos no como visitantes.

Su diseño y confort.

Tout est extraordinaire. Grande chambre, tout est neuf et propre. Surtout la situation géographique au pied du sentier pédestre qui monte aunsommet du mont Udalaxt. Pas cher pour la qualité. P.S. D'ailleurs on ne s,y attendait pas du tout, il n'y avait pas de photos de paysages sur le site...

Personeel spreekt alleen spaans,maar geen probleem,ze deden echt moeite om alles verstaanbaar te maken.

El personal fue muy amable, nos ha dado excelentes recomendaciones para visitar la zona. La ubicación ideal para explorar el interior de Guipuzcoa, apartado del centro de Mondragón (eso sí, se necesita coche) en medio de la montaña. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, nuevas y de impecable limpieza. Hay terraza para tomar algo con vistas espectaculares. Servicio de bar y restaurante a buenos precios.

El desayuno, aunque no es caro, podría mejorar de variedad (algún embutido de la zona quizás)

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr schöne Lage, leider etwas schwer zu finden, wenn man die Geokoordinaten nicht hat.
