Central location. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast area on roof. Free wifi which is essential to me Paying for a room safe which I have never experienced before. More detailed map to locate hotel

It was very clean, tidy and welcoming. It's location was excellent, as was the friendliness and the staff were extremely accommodating. We would stay there again and will be recommending the hotel to our friends. The breakfast area could do with refurbishment. The breakfast food was adequate, but did not really cater for the British tastes.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast One of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was for the wifi connection. When we arrived, the staff were very apologetic, but the wifi did not work, which gave us some problems

great location to everything,shops,bars restaurant and transport,was easy to find.Staff were sooo friendly, especially ladies in housekeeping and restaurant.young woman on reception too,but didn't get her name,was very helpful.Pool area spacious and clean.Nice atmosphere all times in this hotel,would stay again. Beds a bit hard.

Our stay in Santa Anna was very comfortable. The hotel & room were very clean and staff were helpful & friendly. Only thing missing was a kettle in our room. Would stay here again.

Bon confort. Personnel attentionné Restaurant original et de qualité Dommage que l'on soit obligé de claquer les portes pour les fermer. C'est quelque peu bruyant surtout s'il y a un groupe matinal. Les lits doubles.

Mooie centrale ligging,verzorgd ontbijt met mooi uitzicht,lekkere Catalaanse keuken en vriendelijk personeel.Parkingmogelijkheid en zwembad. Geen privacy op de terrassen van de kamers.Bepaalde bedmatrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté des chambres, la piscine juste en face de l'hôtel qui est très agréable, le parking (même s'il est payant), le petit-déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Enfin, le restaurant de l'hôtel est un des rares à servir des produits frais. En effet, après plusieurs dîners dans estartit, nous nous sommes vites rendus compte que la majorité des restaurants servaient des plats uniquement surgelés, à des prix pas forcément raisonnable. Donc re-goûter à une cuisine saine, bonne et à un prix correct a conforté nos impressions sur l'hôtel! Le moins de l'hôtel, mais comme dans la plupart des hôtels, est l'insonorisation des chambres. Mais ça reste correct.
