Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club  

We stayed in the 2 bedroom self catering apartment and it was great! Loads of space...more then what anyone could ask for. The terrace was massive, with a great view of the pool and sea, with 4 loungers....just wonderful! Very clean and the stuff were friendly. We enjoyed a few meals at the Italian restaurant, very delicious and affordable. Hotel pool was lovely, really great hotel for the money we paid. Very happy!

Location was not the best, not much to do locally, but 30 min bus ride to the next town (or 20 Euros for a cab).

Very clean,friendly helpful staff.

Great resort, accommodation, staff… Only positive emotions. Highly will recommend to any one, especially good for families with kids.

One small minus: small ants and some very small insects were founded in the apartments, after using a spray they gone for couple of days, but then come back again.

We stayed in room 505, it was excellent!

It is a very big resort so they most have a lot of work

Bbeautiful hotel near the ocean. In a hotel was all for comfortable rest with small children. We liked Santa barbara. With pleasure come back here again.

Very well equipped kitchen. Nice sea view. Generally very quite at night.

Free parking lot is not paved and there is no space after 6 pm (inside parking is available at acceptable price).

Everything, the room was superb and very well equipped. The pool areas were clean. Couldn't fault it.

Wi-fi in rooms woulds be nice, but I know it's something they are working on at the moment.

I think this resort complex will suit for more for families than for couples. We liked the size of the room, the kids club, the heated swimming pool. It was also good for value for money.

The evening animation programm is not so much interesting, we have spend 10 days in this place, and the programm was nearly the same every week. Also, there is no sandy beach in walking distance of the resort. If you have little kids who would like to play with the sand, you have to have a car to be able to go the nearest place which is approx. 10 mins drive.

Ambience .pool and staff checking on towels left and the quality of all fixtures and fittings. Free wi fi but would like it extended to rooms. It is a 4 star hotel that deserves its 4stars.

2Bedapartment more expensive than 1bedand studios but no view. They should cost the same because of the lack of view - or was I just unlucky?

Lovely hotel, not far from airport, 15 euro trip by taxi, good size room with well equipped kitchen, tv in living room and bedroom, nice balcony, unfortunately no view from it, just the inside yard. Great pool, good size. Beautiful promenade, some nice places where to eat. But the hotels animation team was the highlight of our holiday, they are amazing, would never stop to entertain, always laughing. Cristina, Elena, thank you!

Everything was perfect

The view is great.

Lovely room - bit of class throughout the resort. Beer and food reasonable. Near to a fair selection of restaurants but not many bars. General food/beer cost high compared to other parts of the island.

The constant smell of sewage. As a result could not use the patio or have doors open for long - in fact no-one seemed to sit out in our area. Reception offered us a spray !!! Eventually tracked it down to a sewage pumping station 50 metres away that clearly is not properly sealed. Be sure never to room in the eastern section of the resort. What a pity such a great place is spoilt by this problem.

Room comfortable,well located.staff friendly and helpful.

Room was flooded twice due to the adverse weather but were relocated for the night. Unable to use lovely outdoor bar because of poor weather, apart from that a pleasant stay.

Everything was great. We were surprised because we booked a studio and we were given a one bedroom apartment. Super clean and comfortable! Very well equiped as well. The swimming pool is perfect especially because it was very windy to stay on the beach. Would recommend 100%!

It's a huge beatiful hotel with spacious and nice rooms. We stayed in villas which had very good equipped kitchens. You can feel yourself safe in the hotel. There a lot of security cameras and guards walking around. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have had a very pleasant staying.

Cleaning department didn't work well. During 10 days staying our room has been cleaned only twice. But I believe if we had asked for it, they would have been cleaned more often. Another detail I would like to mention, we stayed in V11 and it smelled bad around the front door. I think sewerage network is located somewhere near this apartment. Thankfully, it wasn't annoying at nights.

everything was clean and staff friendly, if something was bad was it repaired or painted instantly. good looking place.

wifi is terrible, it´s only in reservation room and there are no privacy, and very uncomfortable to be there in every way, not comfortable furniture, and constant traffic and interference, and unstable internet connection. it´s a big minus for this hotel, and there is no beach at all.

Santa Barbara Golf & Ocean Club didnt fail to impress from the moment I set foot inside. The welcome/reception was fantastic, the hotel spotless, the studio apartment terrific, pool and access to the sea ideal. Honestly can not fault the place at all.

Only thing, for me personally, was Golf Del Sur was a little quiet, albeit a little out of season. Having said that if thats your thing you will love it with a good selction of restaurants etc.
