Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, especially the spa. Excellent value. Walls between rooms are quite thin so can be quite noisy |

That the room I requested was allocated only spanish and limited english is spoken (as brits. but residents of lanzarote, no problem for us) not so good for ¨visitors¨ |

We got a room with so much noise from the hotels machineroom, that we could not sleep all night. I asked for glutenfree bread for breakefast, hotel confirmed that that they have, but they did not. We booked out after the first night and traveled to Puerto Mogan insted. The service in the reseption was bad. |

The spa and fitness are good, although pool could be bigger. The bedrooms and function rooms are large and clean but hotel was cold in December. The breakfast buffet was good.
The hotel is in a business district, relatively close to the sea but far from the centre of Las Palmas and from the beach area (20-25 minutes walk)

This Hotel is so nice! Very convenient to go to new- and old-city center, ferry terminal. All of the Hotel-Staff was very kind. I greatly recommend this hotel! |
