Staff were effiecient and friendly. The rooms were basic but ideal and the location is very central. 5 minutes to the main shopping streets, parks and the old town/ Cathedral Sqaure. Only a minute away from bars/restaurants. Thank you!

very poor showers, cramped rooms, very noisy, and stuffy when windows needed to be closed to avoid noise. Street cleaning depot nearby.

Simple and practic. Great value for money and the best location to make shopping and being in the down town. I can't remember anything unpleasant. I recommend it for sure if it keeps their low prices

Ubicación estupenda, al lado de la zona de sidrerías y restaurantes y al mismo tiempo al lado de la zona comercial, está situado en una zona privilegiada. A pesar de no tener parking propio, hay uno público en la calle de al lado. La limpieza ok. Necesita una reforma total, las habitaciones son antiguas y los baños tienen una bañera minúscula, las tuberías son viejas, las fundas de las amohadas tenían borlisas de tan usadas que estaban, las camas muy incómodas, los colchones hundidos en el centro, las cortinas viejas y con algún agujero. La conexión a internet funcionaba a duras penas. En la habitación hacía frío, pedí que encendiesen la calefacción y me dijo el chico que solo funcionaba en horas puntuales, el radiador estuvo helado las dos noches que pasamos...y tan solo estamos a finales de octubre. Si vuelvo a Oviedo dudo mucho que vuelva a este hotel.

No me gusto nada el hotel, no creo que tenga categoría de hotel, mas bien es una pensión, me metieron en una habitación abuhardillada que no media mas de siete metros cuadrados y eramos dos adultos y un niño de dos años, la cama super pequeña. Creo que la web booking debería de asegurarse los hoteles que tiene en su web ya que esto deja mucho que desear. La moqueta del pasillo estaba super sucia con manchones negros como de grasa, vamos que no le recomiendo este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

Situación excelente, buena cafeteria, todo muy limpio y camas cómodas. Tamaño de la ducha, muy pequeña, para personas de menos de 1.70m. Entraba mucha luz en la habitación y se oía mucho el ruido exterior. No lo recomiendo para personas con sueño ligero.

La situacion del hotel es ideal para conocer oviedo. Las habitaciones son demasiodo pequeñas y al estar muy centrico el hotel se escuche demasiado ruido de la calle.

Lo mejor del Hotel Santa Clara es su ubicación. El personal del Hotel no es amable y eso en Oviedo es algo extraño. El precio de la habitación doble 80€ es excesivo para un Hotel de 2 estrellas. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. En la misma manzana hay otro Hotel pequeño de 3 estrellas (El Vetusta) y es bastante mejor que el Santa Clara. Los precios no varían mucho entre ambos.
