The scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was of great quality and plentiful. The staff organising the activities were great with the children and the activities were fun. Excellent value for money.

Nothing as the hotel lived up to my expectations and to the descriptions given by various websites.

Quite location, 7 km from ski resort. Clean, pleasant staff, good food and excellent value for money.

The shower head didn't fit the attachment on the shower wall.

Perfect location for the skiing. Value for money. Plenty of choice of food. The rooms we very warm. Very friendly staff.

The other guests while we were there at weekends were very noisy (not hotels fault though) Evening meals were served a bit too late 7.00pm would have been better. The heavy metal chairs in the rooms made a lot of noise for other guests.

Location to ski slopes. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent buffet dinner. Cleanliness of room and guest areas. I have stayed at this hotel many times but found a massive improvement in the standard of the food in the restaurant.

Good reception on arrival. Buffet meal excellent for cost. Good prices in restaurant and bar.

No drying facilities following wet day on slopes. Poor staffing in bar. No fresh fruit at breakfast but lots at dinner. Would only provide bottled water when natural water requested. TV broken but very limited programme availability.

We all thought it did what it says on the tin, lots of hot water, warm room, 8k from town, when we go skiing we find we can entertain our self's.

yes the decor is a bit tired.

Staff was unfriendly and did not speak english. Food was just poor. Rooms were terrible. In total worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The staff was polite, and the place - clean.

The location of the hotel is fairly decent - not very far from the village, and there are nice views. Facilities and comfort are really bad. We came there with a little daughter, and, unfortunately, she caught a cold when we came. We booked a bungalow and the problem for us was that there was no internet at all. So we were not able to find a farmacy, or a hospital online. The next day the weather was stormy: it was raining a lot with a very strong wind. So the electricity in the hotel stopped working. Just think about it: there was no electricity for the whole stormy day! As a result, there was no heating in our bungalow. And we had to wait inside the cold house without any light while our daughter was complaining about the pain in her throat, crying and having strong fever. The weather was so bad that we were not able to go anywhere. The food was also bad (and usually cold). As for the rest, there is nothing special about this hotel. Be careful when booking (especially if you want to have some comfortable rest with your children).

We picked this hotel because of its location to the ski resort, though it is rated as a 3 star,i would say it was more like a 2 star, inside it looks a bit tired to me.But the staff were friendly,it was reasonably comfortable, but the food was always almost cold, even though i reported this fact to the manager.

The food was always cold,no entertainment, the Disco was closed,we looked in side and it looked derelict and had not been used for some time,i suggest Booking .com takes this feature of their site.
