I've stayed here so many times and this hotel always lives up to my expectations. No better staff in any hotel I've ever stayed in.

Location, opposite terminal for ferry to Cadiz . Was there for Carnaval and needed to book ferry hours before travelling. Was able to slip over book ferry early morning. Nice pool and solarium on roof. Staff are very friendly ,Reasonable car parking.

Very easy access from motorway , Nice place to stay at when you want to visit Cadiz as you can take the ferry to cross the bay for 2.40 euros , several connections a day. WI-Fi free ( but no computer available for the public)

The menu card is restricted.It lacks typical dishes.

Hotel is very nice decorated, with beautiful courtyard with fountain. Room was nice and clean. We found free parking space in front of the hotel.

Great location to use a fast ferry to cross the bay to Cadiz.

We recomend you this hotel. Our room were wide, clean and very confortable. It's close to the city center and at only 50 meters from a bus stop of l3 to Santa Catalina Beach (Playa de sanata Catalina). We especially would like to thank all the members of the staff (receptionists, cooks and waiters) that took care of us in the two days we had been down with the gastric flu.

Lovely hotel with great staff and in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay at Los Jandalos Santa Maria.

I liked the hotel especially the downstairs open area where you could relax and have a coffee or cigarette. The roof pool is a delightful spot to have a swim, sunbathe or just sit about and take in the scenery. The breakfast was good.

We got very little sleep the first two nights because the 2 rooms opposite were occupied by a group who spent the first two nights, screaming, shouting, singing and banging doors. It took a visit to reception and three subsequent phone calls before the noise abated. I complained after the second night and the receptionist offered to relocate me in a different room. I refused on the principle that the hotel should be in a position to control the level of noise that was affecting its other guests. Why should I have to be inconvenienced by packing all my stuff again and moving to another room. Guess what? On the third night. the noise started again but almost immediately the receptionist/security visited them and threatened them with eviction or police. There was no more noise. Well done Hotel but you should have acted sooner.

great location. a swimming pool - albeit it small, basic and with no amenities.

really poor customer service. not friendly, check-in appalling, a soulless hotel that really could do some some training in how to offer customer service. When trying to call reception, they simply didn't answer their phone! breakfast - poor, items not refilled. staff telling our daughter off for taking some cereal. bedroom : very small, poor air conditioning, a faulty toilet that was never fixed.

Good location with great views from rooftop pool

We had a room with a balcony which was superb - had a view of the river and the ferry terminal to catch the boat to Cadiz. The roof top pool was stunning and normally quiet so a great place to relax in the sun and have a swim. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the town centre which was great as you could get away from the hustle and bustle when you wanted to. There is however a great restaurant accross the road from the hotel with a beautiful courtyard (El Arriate I think) which did great food and was reasonably priced.

The rooms were great but a fridge would be really useful especially in the very hot weather. Teenagers tend to gather by the river in the evenings at the weekend and they can be noisy. One group stayed until 8am on the Saturday / Sunday of our stay which was annoying - the fishermen moved them on at this point I think. I know this isn't the hotel's fault and it wouldn't put me off staying again but just be warned that it can happen.

Rooftop swimming pool was just what we needed, short walk to restaurants and centre of town, also extensive buffet breakfast. Street parking easy, so didnt need the costly hotel parking.

Our no-smoking room smelt smoky, but probably previous occupant disregarding hotel rules.

It was in a great location, very close to the ferry terminal to Cadiz and close to the centre of the old town. The hotel was of a high standard throughout and our room was very comfortable.

Good price, great location for catamaran to Cadiz.
