I didn't intend to spend much time in the hotel so didn't mind too much.
The noise some of the other guests made when returning in the middle of the night. Very thin walls. Asked for preferred double room bit got a twin.
-smell in the room - room should be renovated
Everything was too old and unmaintained. For instance, there were stains on the walls and the roof and the curtains were a bit torn. Also, they would provide only a very small (something like 10 ml) of bath gel / shampoo. The breakfast was too minimal also.
Small rooms. 8m2
Very close walk to the beach and other attractions
The rooms was very small, smelled like mold and was very outdated.
Close to railway station, to the city center, beach and sightseeings.
Breakfast. Small and very poor room.
Distance to the Metro subway And the train station
Aircon didn't work Room was small Charge for wifi 5 € for 6 hrs
very good location. friendly staff. needs updating, but everything else compensate
The only good thing about the hotel is the location close to born district and sea side
The room was totally run down. Holes in the floor. Curten half torn off and durty. Bathroom electric fitting not properly coverd, etc.... On top it was not cheap at all.
Arrogant receptionist - only one of them. Lift does not always work. had to walk up 5 storeys stairs !! Double bed only comes in a small room 4 feet wide - not as indicated on website. Shabby hotel, the price is of a four star not of a two star. Next time i go to Oasis hotel, much helpful staff even though we were not their clients, and the rooms are modern. with the same location.
the location was excellent
- that was the smallest room i've ever stayed in, and it was twin room for two people!!!!!! there was no even space for the suitcase. - bathroom was just tiny, you couldn't even sit on the toilet straight, there was no space. - i'd say the room was around 5 m2 and the bathroom 2 m2 - breakfast was horrible as well, only toast and overly sweet jam, oh and sour fruits. but coffee was good. - i'm not the complaining type but it was ridiculous, the size of the room.
Very close to metro station
1.the room was dirty, layers (!)of dust everywhere, bathroom not so clear, every day we found our pyjamas on the furniture thrown over our stuff-never on the bed! 2.the elevator was out of order.(5th floor using stairs?) 3.Stuff didn't speak english! We and other guests had to know spanish otherwise we would not be able to communicate. Spanish is great but when working in the tourist industry english is necessary for practical reasons. 4. Not free wifi(2€ /hour!)
Small room, not to friendly staff.
Nothing was good at this hotel.
The receptionist was talking for more than 5 minutes when I arrived and didn't even look at me. He was rude. The room was old and dirty. Toilet was awful with a bad smile and the aircondition was actually a fan. Breakfast was really really poor. No free wifi. I would never go back there
The location only
Extremely noisy, not clean
Great location: close to the sea and Barceloneta metro station! Quite place.
Very good location,friendly staff...
A little bit old type of hotel but the room and bathroom it was very clean! Very light breakfast
I would suggest it for the position because it's very close to Barceloneta metro station. The staff is very cordial and helpful.
The room was very small and even if we had asked for a double bed we had two single ones. The room was very noise (next to the elevator) and we could hear everything from other rooms.
no free wifi (quite expensive)
Location is good, and the receptionists were very helpful.
Very simple breakfast, with very unsmiling staff.
The staff and location were the best part!
No wifi, very small rooms, and the breakfast that we had to pay extra for was very limited.
Noisy! Mobs of kids staying there and chatting away in halls, rooms, etc until early hours of morning - easily heard because walls are thin. No Wifi
It's not like what they show in picture. I asked one bed room they put me in 3 beds room and charge a bit high. No free wifi...they even charged for wifi.. I did not like it.
close to the old town
- ditry inside the room - personnel tried to change the room for more convinient to them - personnel didnt want to include the breakfast , i had to ask several times and show reservation to proof that breakfast is included - breakfast was .. bread with marmolade, and all day the same , if guest wishes to have 1 slice off ham , an egg and piece of cheese - you have to pay add cash for full breakfast otherwise - piece of toast with marmolade... - i do not recommend that Hotel, as price was to oo expensiev and standard was like poor hostel.
Location and reception staff, drinks prices in hotel bar were fairly priced.
The bath and room were too small, view from room wasnt that great either.
