Thought the hotel overpriced rubbish

The "hotel" was originally a development for elderly people and still partially is. They have no idea how to run a hotel. For instance no tea/coffee making facilities no hairdryer.

En los baños le faltan estanterias perchas para las toalllas la ducha falta donde apollar el gel los productos de ducha y no sera por espacio nosotros estubimos tres días me imagino la gente con larga estancia. La restauracion es pesima

Todo bien, quizás mejoraría la restauración del hotel

The breakfast was very poor, nothing to do with heath, no choice and only for 2 nights, and I was was staying 3 nights,

Tranquilidad, limpieza de instalaciones, instalaciones del spa y gimnasio. Personal muy agradable en general. El menú del restaurante muy bien, y el personal muy atento.

El desayuno muy pobre y de baja calidad. No corresponde a la categoría del establecimiento. En recepción muy poca información cuando llegué, sobre lo que me entraba en la reserva, ni como llegar a mi bungalow..

La tranquilidad que transmite el resort y la piscina, así como la amplitud del bungalow.

El desayuno bastante escaso en cuanto a variedad se refiere. Además de que las habitaciones no cuentan con persianas, por lo que si te molesta la luz para dormir te despertarás muy pronto.

The bungalow was nice (minus our issues with the a/c dripping constantly) and could be used for a longer stay - had a small kitchenette which is nice when you do not want to go out in the evening.

We had multiple things wrong in our room. We returned from the beach to find that the a/c had leaked all over the bathroom. The a/c was constantly dripping while it was on and the maintenance people could not fix it. We even asked if they could change the bungalow, but they just told us that they could not. The hotel staff gave us the wrong remote control for the tv. The telephone and lights in the bedroom did not work. We had to ask multiple times for this to be fixed and we had to personally carry the remote to the reception to change it. Plus, we had to ask multiple times for an extra pillow. It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid to wash dishes instead of buying our own.

El bungalow es grande, y tiene dos terrazas en las que se puede estar y disfrutar del silencio y de la tranquilidad.la piscina exterior está muy bien. Todo muy muy tranquilo.

La restauración es pesima. Los desayunos muy muy deficientes. Muy caro para lo poco que hay , no vale la pena contratarlo. Se debería mejorar la restauración para que esté acorde con el precio de la estancia ( que es bastante elevado.)De mantel nos ponian una servilleta doblada...penoso! El spa es pequeño, así como la piscina interior.
