We stayed 3 years ago and said we would stay again. It is close to where our daughter-in-law and son live. A truly relaxing and family friendly hotel. The accommodation is really nice & comfortable and a good price.

Very very disgusting food . I am a trained chef and i would not give the food to my dog letalone my children. $ star classification is a complete farce i do not think it would be any more than a 2 star. Disgusting in general. Feel sorry for the staff!

Habitación muy confortable y limpia. Personal muy amable. Internet-wifi gratis en el hotel, con dos ordenadores a disposición de los clientes en el hall de entrada. Buena cafetería y restaurante. Facilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada del hotel. Piscina exterior e interior, gimnasio, 3 excelentes pistas de padel. Hotel tranquilo en general, aunque en días festivos se oye un poco la discoteca por la noche. Está a varios kilómetros de la ciudad, por lo que es necesario el coche para desplazarse.

la amabilidad de la recepción y la información que te dan las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas los colores de las paredes muy tranquilizantes y la ubicación es un sitio muy tranquilo nuestra primera cena a la carta la palabra exacta es( asco)la carne maloliente el bufe para los desayunos muy pobres para ser un hotel de cuatro **** de verían mejorar mucho en esto

Hotel tranquilo, excelente relación calidad/precio. Personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la ciudad sin estar en medio. El Gimnasio muy completo para ser de un hotel. La piscina perfecta para el clima gallego. El desayuno bastante bien.

Tiene párking gratuito en la puerta del hotel. Buen servicio de habitaciones, y no muy caro. Buen sistema de aire acondicionado y tv. El gimnasio y la piscina no están mal, aunque el Gym poco ventilado para mi gusto. Tienen dos ordenadores con internet gratuito, más el wifi. El servicio de limpieza funciona bien. La cafetería del hotel funciona razonablemente bien y no es extremadamente cara. Sin tráfico, se puede tardar unos quince minutos al centro de Lugo. Las duchas son buenas, con potencia y temperatura. Buen acceso a carreteras. Veo el hotel como un tres estrellas, situado al lado de la carretera. El cuarto de baño no es muy espacioso. Faltan toalleros. Queda un poco apartado de la ciudad y en una zona semi-industrial con poco encanto. La habitación sólo tiene una ventana que se abra, con lo que hace calor por la noche, cuando ha dado el sol. Uno de los dos ascensores averiado. Es menos de lo que parece en las fotos. Por los alrededores no hay prácticamente nada, sólo un megachino. Hay que coger el coche para todo.
