The staff could not have been more helpful. One of my credit cards was stolen and they really did everything they could to assist.

The room was small, even for central Madrid. The cost of the room was high for its size, but it would be unfair to single this hotel out. Comparable hotels at this location are all the same.

セキュリティボックスが部屋の鍵（カードタイプ）を使うタイプで使いやすかったが、暗証番号を入力するセキュリティボックスの方が安心感がある。

空港までの送迎サービスがAM6:00～で利用できなかった。
