Excellent service in the reception and by the room maid. Nice room with sea/harbour view at extra cost (worth it). Excellent location for city walkers. Short walk from the airport bus stop.

The room designer put a glass wall and door between the room itself and the bathroom. Even if the glass was opaque, we did not fancy just that detail.

The suit is not a suit. It's a room with a sofa in a corridor. The view from the room was of the back of a car park. The public areas were lacking in warmth. The main pool was closed with no warning to pending guests.

Excellent location to tour the city on foot, but easy access to public transport to further explore the island. Good choice of restaurants in the locality if you choose not to eat in the hotel, but the breakfast buffet is good value for money.

Just the usual lack of tea/coffee making facilities as is the norm in most spanish hotels.

They could at least have maps on the city. They don't even have them for being a four star hotel. So that is not really good

Pool out of order.

Large, quiet room. Balcony with courtyard/pool view. Jazz bar. Location. Central for shops, retaurants, the sea.

Small bathroom. Awkward to get out of bath/shower.

Efficient, friendly staff, great city centre location, lovely bar area with views, sunny balcony off suite, relaxed vibe, group all put into rooms on same floor close by.

One of the balcony doors didn't have a lock on it, only 2 seats on balcony of suite sleeping up to 4, bar service a little slow, courtyard swimming pool closed for duration of stay.

Very nice staff, helpful and well presented. Clean and tidy hotel within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars.

Hotel was fabulous would recommend it to anyone. Staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and always did things with a smile! Great location from all the joys of palma ! Will go again.

We have stayed many times at this hotel, it is always great, clean, convenient and good value. The staff are always very helpful and the food very nice and not too expensive. Would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Palma.

La ubicacion es excelente, tanto para llegar en mi caso del aeropuerto como la salida. y por supuesto estar cerca del centro historico.

It's a very good hotel located in the heart of Palma. It's difficult to pick up a particular characteristics that would stand out - the hotel offers a well balanced mix of good service, clean rooms, perfect location, etc.

I visited the hotel in January. Unfortunately, both hotel's pools are outdoor / unheated, so I could not swim.

Nice clean friendly hotel, loved the Jazz Bands on in the evening, good food would definately recommend to stay here again
