Great value for money. Excellent hotel. Beautiful, modern and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful reception all in correct English. Parking in the neighbourhood for free wasn't a great problem. Minibar to small for our bottle of rose. We liked the breakfast around the corner better and it was cheaper.

Pool which was needed in extreme hot conditions and after a day of sightseeing. Hotel is nice but is becoming to feel a little outdated. Breakfast was adequate but again was not the best we have experienced and some foods were stale especially the pastries. Hairdryer in bathroom was something that was very archaic with not much power and was impossible to hold after a few minutes as got too hot, felt this was quite dangerous however staff did lend us another hairdryer. Hotel seems to cater for international coach parties and on some days, the pool was very crowded. Emailed hotel beforehand to request a top floor room as was celebrating a birthday but they could not fulfil my request when we arrived, felt very disappointed as this was the reason for our visit to Granada. Takes a good twenty minutes walk at a comfortable pace to city centre. Sorry but not the best 4* hotel we have stayed in and was chosen purely for the pool facilities.

The room was spacious and had all the mod cons. Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk into the city centre in 15minutes and there is free parking in the streets next to the hotel. I would definitely return and recommend this as place to base yourself in to see Granada. In addition the pool offers a cooling alternative to the heat in the day and the price of the rooms is more than reasonable.

Great location for skiing in Sierra Navada & spending the evening in Granada 2 single beds instead of a double which weren't even made up as one bed. Very old fashioned hair driers.

The location of the hotel is perfect ! The acoustic between the rooms and hall is really bad ! They've put some laminated floors in the rooms and that makes a lot of noise when someone above your room is walking around ... Also the noise in the hallways is really loud in the rooms.

Hotel well located close to the center of the city. Very nice and confortable bedroom. Parking too expensive and unfortunately mandatory due to diffiulties to find a place outside. Only bad appreciation on welcome and contact at reception.

Clean well appointed room, nice pool with a good bar, good food (only tried lunch at the pool), not too far to walk to city centre and all the restaurants and bars there, a good base to explore Andalucia (by car) Very expensive car park - could park on the street with a little patience although think all hotels charge the same in the area, would have preferred somewhere with a bit more atmosphere but as we booked only a few days in advance didn't have the choice

Short walk to the old town of Granada - free parking on the street. Nice swimming pool especially after a hard days sight seeing. Underground parking charged at over 16 Euros but off road parking was free if you spent the time to try and find a space.

We liked the facilities and the pool very much. The breakfast buffet was really good and a very good value. Although we felt that it was a bit too far from the sites we were there to see, we were happy to have the opportunity to see a part of Granada we would not have seen had we been staying in the heart of the old town. We really liked the pedestrian promenade area we walked each day to get to the old town and enjoyed seeing residents of Granada take their evening stroll each night. The only complaint is that it was a bit too far from the sites, which we knew when I booked it. The overwhelming reason we opted to stay at Hotel Saray was because we wanted to have a pool to use in the afternoons when it was too hot for sightseeing. Unfortunately, it was also too hot for being by the pool while we were there, too, but we did get to swim a bit an the pool area is lovely

Hotel is in a good location for those who want to be close to the city center and also have easy access to Sierra Nevada. Truly a 10 min walk from the city center, and easy to get to. There is a great resturant/bar down the block on the other side of the round about. Not too many positives about this hotel. Booking.com' s rating is inflated. Initial booking of this hotel, I thought breakfast was included in the price that I paid, but it was not. Hotel resturant was nothing to rave about anyway. Parking in the hotel is absolutly too tight, and I would not recommend. Honestely, I would have parked overnight in the publc parking down the street, and walked back to the hotel after checking in and unloading the car. I would not stay at this hotel again as I am sure there are better ones in the city of Granada.

Spacy, beautiful, and clean room. Dinner (which was not part of the deal) at the hotel is not recommendable. Location was perfect for me, because I was attending a conference at the congress center, but bit far from the lively area.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was supposed to have WiFi but it just didn't work at all (the Wifi worked but pathetically little data made it beoynd their router and everything was dropping the whole 5 days. Staff didn't care and it seems they just had the cheapest contract with some outside company - it certainly wasnt designed for a largish hotel. If you are on a business trip or any other trip where internet access is important, choose somewhere else.
