Just a 15 minute walk from Granada’s historic quarter, Hotel Saray features a seasonal outdoor pool with attractive terraces and gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was very clean We would suggest clients take breakfast in the snack bar ( after 10h) rather than buffet in the dining room. The former was much better and half the price. The hotel was difficult to find. Parking was very restricted so we had to pay €16 per night in the hotel garage ! Expensive.

This is more of a sleeping factory than a hotel. Having said that, that makes it a very efficient, clean, well laid out hotel. Obviously meant for groups and congresses; but we were were very well received and bedded as individual tourists. Front desk was generous with the garage: though we checked out at 10 am, there was no problem in leaving our car in the garage until 6 pm. Center of Granada is within walking distance. Front desk sent us the wrong way for a good view ("miradoro") of the Alhambra in the evening.

The hotel is in an excellent position, especially if you have a car. The rooms and pool area were very attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was only average, with poor coffee which is very unusual in Spain!

Efficiency. Parking facility. Breakfast (buffet). Wake-up call. Pool area. Size of Bedroom - and everything worked! Comfortable beds and easy to use plugs to charge all the electronics. Buffet dinner upon arrival. Two groups dining and it was a bun fight. Quality and variety of food was poor. Had some issues with the WiFi - but probably our incompetence rather than the hotel.

The room was good. The general area and layout of the hotel was good. When we did eventually get to eat in the restaurant the food and service was good. The car park fee was very expensive. The restaurants were inadequate. We couldn't get a table on our first night so had to go out to find an alternative. We were told we didn't need to book a table. Paper serviettes and table mats are not 4*, more like 2-3*. We did feel like we were surplus to requirements and that the other larger groups took priority over us.

It was clean and comfortable. It is also in city centre so you can directly walk to centre. Breakfast was Ok. And Staff really help for any kind of problems.

The Hotel was ideally situated for the city centre etc. The reception staff were very good and most helpfull and friendly. The waiters in the dining room for dinner were not as friendly with poor quality of food a four star hotel, rushed service with food being wheeled through the reception area into a small unwelcoming so-called dining room that is most unsuited for its purpose. The dining room area was dreadfull as was the cold and poor quality food it served for the one dinner we had in the hotel during a three night stay.
