may be the location, it's on the otherside of the city when traveling by train.

The facilities were pretty nice

It was not as nice as we expected from the website. We got stuck on the first floor, and there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the patio out back. The location also could have been better. Out of 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip, this was probably our least favorite.

Generally well ordered with no fuss; however......

........Made a further booking at the hotel before we left on 15/9 for
the night of Sat 20/9 which we subsequently had to cancel. This was not
made easy by hotel reception who were insisting that the booking was an
internet booking and could only be undone by same means. They did
ultimately and rudely accept the cancellation.

Nice swimming pool. Very Clean hotel. Good prices. Nice & quiet. Good
quiet location but near to city centre

Having to pay an inflated room rate for 2 nights as the hotel was busy
due to a conference

Good location - particularly if arriving via airport bus which stops at
the palacio de congresso -2 mins walk from hotel. Easy walk into city
centre for shops, restaurants etc. Pool and all facilities excellent.
Very relaxed atmosphere.

The reception staff were very friendly, the night bar tender told us to
make the hotel our "casa" which we liked. Very Nice staff.

The good standards of cleanliness and the selection of food for breakfast

The reception staff seemed very much under pressure when we arrived and it took a long time to book in and obtain our car park card. A couple were complaining in reception to the staff that they had been incorrectly charged for tv and three staff were listening to their complaint for approximately ten minutes whilst we stood there. Throughout our visit we never saw the women on reception smile

Close to city centre... Easy to walk and buss in fron of hotel

Comparable to my hotels in sevilla and cordoba the space of the room was

Worth paying modest charge to upgrade from double room to suite. The
suite looked brand new/newly decorated and was really comfortable. Nice
pool area and the hotel was just a short walk from town centre.
