Just about everything.
No available parking spaces in the hotel car park.
Poor wifi in the room booking in at reception not in order just a free for all not organised takes far too long
Once we got to know Granada the location was excellent, at first we was a little lost so do your research - get a map from reception and ask them to point things out !
The fact there was no irons, usually we don't mind paying for ironing service but the prices at this hotel where absolutely shocking ! cheaper to go and buy one from the city than to have a shirt done.
excellent hotel- very comfortable and very helpful staff
The wifi was a bit unreliable.
Great food, Great Breakfast, Great Bed, Great Staff, Broken Door Handle, but fixed promptly. Would definitely stay again. PLUS: we ordered a Double room. One was not available so they upgraded us to a suite for same price.
nothing comes to mind.
Location is ideal - by being the other side of the river and only an extra 5 minutes walk, you get all the benefits of being in the middle of Granada. Fantastic value for money, great room, comfortable bed. There in winter so didn't get a chance to try the pool but looked good.
WiFi was almost unusable much of the time - bandwidth could do with being being broadened.
Everything was great at the hotel apart from the cost of breakfast was very expensive for what was offered and parking is expensive.
They changed the room for us. After complaining.
When we arrived we got a room that stank of ciggarettes. So much that we couldnt stay in the room.
Excellent buffet and friendly service
Car park too narrow
The rooms were a nice size, the street was busy but inside it was quiet.
Breakfast buffet was subpar, front desk couldn't answer basic questions about local sights, lack of street parking.
Well located. Comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent breakfast. Helpful reception.
The car parking spaces are incredibly hard to manoeuvre in and out of. If you have a large car/people carrier be very careful.
Everything except Wi Fi
WI Fi connection was bad
nice modern hotel
slow internet, low wifi signal in room, noise from water pipes in walls, air conditioning didnt work
Nice, well equiped room with view to Sierra Nevada mountains. 15 minutes walk to city center, but the way is interesting, shopping streets. Supper buffet beakfast.
Wifi not worked well in the first day.
A member of the bar staff tried to pass off local cheap gin as Bombay gin(at least try to get the colour and shape of the bottle right when you are trying to con people) suddenly could not understand English when confronted. He did produce Bombay gin eventually spoilt an enjoyable stay
Location is excellent
The entrance to the room was from reception into a very dull and dark corridor Not to the same standard as my Last stay in the hotel
Pool area was nice and location was good. The rooms were clean and a reasonable size.
Parking, views, cafe's and shopping nearby. This was a nice, upscale property, with attractive decor and well equipped rooms.
Cost of parking (33 euros for two nights), when I could probably have found public parking within a block or two. Frequent very loud and intrusive emergency vehicle noise, due to large parque de bomberos (firehouse) nearby. Bath/shower without any effective means to keep overspray from covering bathroom floor.
Saray is a very good hotel, very big rooms and excellent facilities. As we were outside season price was really excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. We did not try the swimming pool, but it looked nice.
Nothing particular to report. Maybe note that hotel is some 10 - 15 minutes walk to city centre, but it is a nice walk to do.
the old facilities and very bad internet. all the day.
Excellent value for money. Wonderful central location within walking distance of major attractions. Lovely restaurant, the Buffet evening meal was wonderful value.
Great location quiet and spacious room and bed very friendly and helpful staff just on the out skirts of the old city but an easy walk to everything or bus
The breakfast was very ordinary for the price you are better off to go to one of the many cafes we used taxis to get to bus station and Alhambra because it was easier than public transport and heaps quicker
Great hotel with moorish charm and modern conveniences.15- 20 minutes walk from city center. Close enough to numerous shopping opportunities without the added noise of high traffic areas. Friendly staff makes check-in and check-out easy even if you don't speak/understand the language. We have zero complaints and would return.
Parking per day was 16 euros. Swimming pool was closed.
