The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive

The bathroom was old, although everything worked perfectly well.

Excellent location right next to the historic sites of Zaragoza- couldn't be closer, and what a great city to see. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony over the street, with shutters and glass doors to reduce the street noise and maintain the room temperature. Payed private parking is very close and a reasonable 10 Euros. The man who mans the reception desk works long hours but is a very nice person and is multilingual.

Driving through the narrow streets of the old city, trying to find the hotel, even with a GPS, is a pain in the proverbial, but that is a problem in most of these old European places. Public transport does have some advantages.

The hotel did not have the reservation I entered through Booking.com, however, they put us in one of their apartments.

Very spacious room, very friendly staff. We had our bicycles with us and the staff was very helpful in finding a secure place for them. Secure parking for the car just a few meters away from the hotel. The hotel is easy accesible by car and still centrally located in the old town. Everything can be visited by foot. Good breakfast. Very pleasant hotel to stay at - we would give it more than the two stars it has!

If you stay in a room close to the elevator, you risk to be disturbed by talkative late or early guests.

I only stayed for one night and everything is perfect. Near to the basilica. Room is big clean and lovely decorated. Staff is friendly too.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and helped to make our stay very pleasant.The position of the hotel is perfect for all the major sights and there are many good restaurants close by.The lady who serves breakfast is fantastic she made sure that we felt at home even though we didn't understand a word she said, I must improve my Spanish.

very nice stuff, authentic room

The staff in general were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Although we were only there for one night they helped make our stop in Zaragoza great fun.

Friendly personal, nice room with blinds and double glass so it is very quiet inside, good breakfast and location in the center of the town. Museum and monumental churches are in the neighbourhood and also a good restaurant 100 M. further, Las Palomas, with buffet.

A minor problem, no stop in the bath. The shower however was good.

Location excellent Place for the car Helpful staff

Quite difficult to deal with the one-ways and street construction to finally make it to the hotel for someone unfamiliar with the city. It is nothing short of a miracle I did not scrape a wall or pillar in their garage with the rental car given the tight twists and turns.

Great value , location and friendly helpful staff. Carpark was opposite but a challenge however a staff member came to the car with us and carried a bag ,then directed us out of the underground park. Highly recommended as you can walk to all historic sites , shops and a miriad of restaurants.

A welcome treat, a good breakfast included in the price. Most hotels charge around 12 Euros per person. In general it is a great little Liked everythingHotel.

The Hotel Sauce deserves more than just 2 stars. Staying there feels like staying in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Especially the bathroom doesnt look like a 2 star hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really good. Beside that the hotel is centrally located, within short walking distance to major attractions.

the Hotel employees (Giuseppe and Saray) were among the kindest people I have never met in a hotel. Simply easy, friendly, open, clear, helpful... what do you want more. the rooms were simple but very nice and clean. the hotel is just 200 m from the main cathedral and square I strongly suggest it

The position for exploring the city and the proximity to the restaurant quarter. Also the parking facility although it was a bit scary getting in and out! The staff were really helpful and most courteous.

Friendly welcoming staff with a sense of humor. There were interesting tourist sites and good restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were able to accommodate an extra person at the last minute.

This was a lovely surprise for us - the location couldn't be better, close to the main sights of Zaragoza, the staff was friendly and helpful and the value for money exceptional. I'd happily recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

friendly and helpful staff, did find it a little noisy, banging doors etc. Also found it difficult having an estate car to drive around the bends into the car park needing to "shuffle" back and fore. Excellent location for walking around the old town seeing the Basilica also easy to walk to the many taps bars around
