It was good value for money and if you have transport, cheaper than staying in Merida centre where the hotels seemed to be rather over- priced. The staff were a bit rough and ready but helpful and polite in their way. The location is not very pleasant and in fact this hotel is more like a truck stop. In the information it says it has a restaurant but in fact it's a kilometre back up the road, the food was the mediocre and the staff bad-mannered. The breakfast in the bar located in the hotel was fair, but I wouldn't really recommend it.

Room was in very good condition and clean. Bathroom also, maybe not the newly renovated, but very clean and nice looking. Hotel from outside also looks nice. Quiet surrunding(at weekend night, rest of week I don't know). Staff was not talking in english but was nice and communicative(no problems). There was big balcony in the room. Hotel has lot of free parking place. Price in comparision to quality was very good. Spent there only one night, but I recomend this place definately. Far from the city. I think, that without a car, it can be hard to get there from city center(but I didn't check if there are any options - I had my car with me).

Llegar un domingo, después de un duro viaje y después de una ducha bajar a cenar al restaurante del hotel y enterarnos a las 11 de la noche de que el restaurante no tenia servicio. Eso como mínimo se avisa antes.

Relación calidad precio está bien. No avisan antes de reservar, ni cuando llegas, de que no hay recepción las 24 horas, aunque cuando lo avisamos nos dieron una llave por si queríamos llegar más tarde. Las camas son un poco incómodas y te levantas con dolor de espalda. No existen vistas a ningún rio y la terraza no tiene ni mesas ni sillas. Pero calidad precio no está mal.

Que esta dividido la habitacion por un lado y por otro lado esta la sala comedor con cocina. Esta todo limpio. El baño es muy amplio. El personal my amable. El desayuno es sencillo( cafe, zumo y tostada) El hotel no esta cerca del centro pero en coche llegas en un momento.

El hotel me ha sorprendido gratamente. Un establecimiento relativamente nuevo y cuidado. Muy tranquilo ya q está a las afueras de Merida. Y el servicio del personal muy correcto. Y la relación calidad precio le hace una buena opción. Localizar el hotel es un tanto costoso ya q está a las afueras de Merida. Y si nose pregunta es difícil encontrarlo.

La habitación, limpia, con baño, así como la amabilidad del personal La ubicación. Está en un polígono un poco apartado y es necesario tener coche aunque, con vehículo, está a un paso de Mérida
