staff, internet wifi, location, free parking
the smell of sewage as you entered room needs to be updated, lots of scuffs on walls, tv remote taped together for old tube style tv,
Staff was super-friendly and there is pretty big parking possibilities in front, that's pretty much what is good about this place.
Rooms were pretty cold, they were turning off the heating when they come during the day for cleaning and that made even more difficult to heat up in the evening. Sheets were also not that good and not warming enough, they were also poorly made, falling apart in the middle of the night. Breakfast was bad, coffee was simply disgusting. Dinner was okay but that was served super slow. I would not expect these from 3* hotel.
Friendly staff. Gave my father a disabled adapted bathroom as he is 88. Good position if you don't want to stay actually in the middle of Granada. On bus route to centre. Lots of parking around.
Comfortable spacious room, very comfortable bed, helpful staff although they don't speak much english. Good breakfast. Evening meal was basic but what do you expect for only 9 euros! Bus to centre was 1.20 euros, taxi return for 7 euros.
Location is good. Nice and polite staff.
Selection of meals on breakfast were poor. Mostly bread, no hot meals. Parking during night is fully occupied.
Everything taken ito account it is a very reasonably priced hotel - very clean - excellent value
TV no English channels - no tea / coffee facilities in room
Very nice restaurant. Free parking. Supermarket nearby the hotel (3 minutes walking distance). Nice staff attitude.
Bad WiFi in room
Too close to Al Hambra palace. The hotel staff was helpful and provided us with instructions on how to get Al hambra tickets without having to Que up
I liked being able to open the window to get fresh air. The pillows were nice and soft.
The room had a staleness to it, probably had smokers their before us. The breakfast was very ordinary, but they didn't hesitate to make a fresh coffee when asked. Overall the hotel is more a two star than three.
Very nice and convenient room and bathroom. If your room is not on the side of the main road but the other side, than you have a nice view on the Sierra Nevada. The hotel has a restaurant, where day serve breakfast and daily menu in the evening for a moderate price.
The hotel lies next to a busy main road at the edge of Granada, so it is quite noisy, however the windows are good sound insulated. The personal doesn't really speak English.
A very decent 3 star hotel!
Very convenient for car travellers to visit Alhambra and Granada!
Easy to find and access from ring road. Good for skiing in the Nevada. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Has garage but may not be needed
Not sure if the room had been a smoker´s room at some time. seemed a bit stale...
The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. We received some very good tips that really helped us to enjoy Granada during our short visit.
Extremely easy to reach it by car (We've used viamichelin as aid). Not in the city centre but easy to reach it by bus since it has a stop right next to the Hotel. Also quite easy access, by car, to Sierra Nevada (around 30km away) and was right next to a Shopping Center.
The restaurant only had a menu option of 3 first dishes and 3 main dishes (9€/menu).
The Hotel look nice, has a free outside parking, is quite close to Granada attractions.
Being near the ring of Granada make him a little bit nosier.
We had a car so it was great that there is hassle-free, on-site parking. There is also a bus stop just down the road which we used whem we went into town to avoid parking. Quiet, modern rooms which were cleaned well.
Hair dryer not working and the bathroom smelt slightly dank. Although our room/bathroom were cleaned daily, there was mould along the bottom of the shower curtain as well as mould on one of the walls in the bedroom.
Staff were fantastic, located close to Granda's biggest shopping centre and close to the Sierra Nevada road. Great value for money !
very pleasant hotel ,easy access to Siera Nevada and The Alhambra
Could have better map to show where it is
Nice budget hotel. Staff were okay, but some rooms had people making love very loud which was disturbing to say the least
