Location. Right in front the beach. Next to the Villa Olimpica. 300 mt from metro stop. If you don't mind walking for half an hour you could reach down town on foot. Hotel is clean and comfortable. I like also the outside patio for a drink. Shower in our room need some fix.

breakfast was good, plenty of choice staff helpful and friendly beds comfortable lounge bar not open some evenings beds not made properly shower leaked over floor and often not warm windows not very sound-proof, noisy at night

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was spacious enough and generally fine. Plenty of space in the bathroom, good shower. t Location is 5-10 minutes walk from beaches. Metro is 10 minutes walk. Generally quiet neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was extensive Restaurant was average. Air conditioning in our first room was noisy and ineffective. My wife thought the beds were too hard. Room lighting system was complex and very difficult to figure out. We never fully did master its idiosyncrasies. The pillows were either too soft and small or too large and hard.

Good value for the quality of the hotel. I would stay there again. Though I'm sure it's was an oversight not being advised that both the hotel elevator and the room master light switch must be controlled by the room key. Both great ideas, just wasn't aware

Very close to the beach and it was a very nice hotel. Secure parking. Too far from the city sites. We had to use the metro for everything and it was 6 weeks away. This hotel would be great for a beach vacation.

Nice hotel. The location was good. A hotel near to the beach was good for us. It is always nice to stay in Barcelona. It is easy to uce the metro and bus, to get all around the city. Hotel Icaria was a nice hotel for us. Wi-fi could be more stable.

Nice room; nice bathroom. Heated outdoor jaquisi (?) good but pool not heated and therefore not in use in winter/Spring. Chairs and tables for sitting out. Breakfast not so great - minimal fruit selection; bacon barely cooked. Basic unchanging dinner menu -recommend dining out.

First, when arriving, we had the pleasure to see that the receptionists were speaking Spanish, English and French as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great as well. Lots of choices ! The location is great. Even if there is no metro station nearby the hotel, the beach is only few hundred meters from there. It's been a little bit noisy during the first night in the corridor.

The reception staff were extremely helpful at all times, they offered valuable advice about where to go and how to get there. Breakfast was brilliant, great selection, something for everyone. Its a shame that the outdoor pool wasn't heated.
