繁華街から離れているため周辺環境が良く、早朝の海辺の散策や、ディナーのためのレストラン選択にも便利。- また、ホテルレストランで朝食ブッフェを食べたが思いのほかおいしかった。ビジネスとしてもオフとしても実- 用性のあるホテルだ。

２月末、本来寒いはずのバルセロナが暖かかった為か、空調が無くても室温が２８度前後あり暑かった。また、- 洗面台やバスタブの水はけが悪く、シャワーとバスガランの切り替えがうまくいかない。設備面のメンテナンス- が必要かもしれない。

Very pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the room was lovely, The pool was nice to relax in after a day sightseeing. The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, marina and bars, yet just a short bus journey to the city centre. (Catch the 14 or 41 outside the hotel). The staff were very welcoming. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Everything was good

We travelled as a group on a college residential study visit for 2 nights and my students found the hotel very good quality. The hotel has a hot tub, sauna, gym and pool which they made good use of during their free time. The location of the hotel is in a residential area and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach. There are restaurants along the beach however not many souvenir shops as you'll have to travel into town for those. The bus number 14 takes you directly to Las Ramblas and the train station is a 10 minute walk if you take a right out of the hotel, medium sized shopping mall 7 minutes down the road. Staff are so friendly which was my worry since we were a group of 25. They were very accommodating to all our needs. Rooms are spotless, buffet breakfast was very good, great choice of hot and cold breakfast; doughnuts, cereal, toast, cakes/pastries, fruit, hot and cold drinks - cannot fault, we had a great expereince!

Staff were very friendly and provided good advice and information about the city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We stayed @ The Icaria as a family group of 9, 4 Rooms next to each other, Clean Hotel, Good Staff, Rooms cleaned to a very High Standard. Not dissapointed at All. Very easy access to Tourist Buss. Easy for the Beach, Nice Quite Location etc.

Hotel Icaria was a great location for us, we like near being near the beach and it was also only a 15 minute bus trip into the city centre. The hotel was spotless and very modern. The staff were most friendly and helpful.

The coffee was really good.

The staff moved so slow. The housekeeping opened the door on my partner in a state of undress before she had a chance to say she was there and another dude was trying to do maintenance on a burnt lamp while we were still not checked out and in the room. This should have been done before we checked in! The room was not clean. The drains didn't drain. The breakfast was outrageously priced. The coffee cups in the room were dirty when I wanted a tea. The walls were so thin I could hear everything. This is not 4 stars. This is like a 1 star. I would never stay again. I don't like the fact that they claim to be better than they are. Honesty and fair prices would be better. Full of American and French tourists who didn't know better. I recommend a cheaper hotel closer to the city that isn't as nice looking but is clean and doesn't lie about its facilities.

It was a very comfortable room, the staff was very helpful and professional. I very much enjoyed my stay at Horel Icaria.
