Polite beaviour of the Staffs and their helping attitude. The lounge on the terrace is excellent for getting some sun light and chill out. The views from the hotel are excellent.

This hotel has a fantastic location for the out of town traveler. Very close to the airport and to the major Bilbao-San Sebastian-Victoria highway. It is somehow spartan, but provides the essential amenities. An unbeatable value for money ratio.

Es un hotel grande, en el que casi siempre encuentras habitaciones disponibles. Esta en un sitio muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y descansar. Pero a la vez esta cerca de bilbao y alrededores usando el coche. Creo que deberían reformarlo, porque las habitaciones son grandes y estan muy bien pero se han quedado un poco anticuadas.

A la llegada encontramos en recepción al Sr. Agustín, mejor que un guía turístico, sin más, nos organizó los dos días con todo detalle. La habitación amplia. El desayuno muy bien.

La ubicacion y las instalaciones ademas del precio En cuanto al confort, estabamos en diciembre en un dia frio y cuando llegamos (a las once de la noche) no habian encendido la calefaccion del cuarto, asi que no se templo adecuadamente, maxime si consideramos que de 3 a 6 de la mañana esta pagada.

El personal y la calidad de la cafetería. La relación calidad /precio es buena. Y no resulta muy incomodo para visitar Bilbao, aunque se encuentre a unos 10 Kms. De su nucleo urbano.

Personel super, wyposażenie super. Lądujące I startujące samoloty na wysokości parapetu, ładny widok, ale na drugi dzień o 7.15 rejsowa lufthansa może wkurzyć. Na szczęście nie latają w nocy.

La unica pega es que como el hotel está cerca del aeropuerto los aviones vuelan muy bajo y se oyen muy cerca desde muy temprano. También hay que destacar que el acceso al hotel no está muy bien señalizado.

Buen aparcamiento y mucha tranquilidad. Bien situado para ir al aeropuerto. Aunque no hice uso de ello, hay pistas de padel, tenis y otros deportes. Mala señalización para llegar. Habitacion con puntos de suciedad y oxido en bidet. Le falta poner al dia la pintura. Tan alejado de todo que por fuerza debes alimentarte en el hotel.

La ubicacion cerca del hotel El cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado, estaba caluroso y al abrir la ventana entraron bastantes mosquitos. Ademas de eso habia una fiesta en la zona o sea que hubo musica en volumen muy alto hasta las altas horas de la noche. Entre los mosquitos y el ruido, no dormimos casi nada
