Less than a 10-minute walk from Granada's historic center, Hotel Saray features a seasonal outdoor pool with attractive terraces and gardens.
Score from 1891 reviews Very good
This charming hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool, a spa and a pretty ivy-covered façade. It is in the beautiful center of Granada, just a 15 minute walk from the famous Alhambra.

Staff very good, helpful and professional. Spa good (but opening & closing time not available when booking). Parking facilties excellent.
Springy softy mattress. Some areas need sprucing up (maintainance). No Restaurant. No evening ambience at Hotel. Location, next to a darkish park and back streets, arriving late at night by foot???
Staff Location Spa Pools Secure Garage Parking
Having to walk around the Spa with dressing gown and slippers. Seemed a bit of a pointless and unnessesary requirement
They paid excellent consideration to ensuring they met my dietary requirements
Close to city, close to alhambra via taxi about 6AUD. Reception girl was very helpful showing us on the map different areas and what they were best for. Also spoke very good english and was more than happy to help. Spacious rooms and bathroom.
Have to book to use spa so have to plan around that. When hotel busy not ideal. Also is closed on mondays. Wifi signal weak and drops in and out alot.
you only get 24 hrs of free wifi so if you're planning on staying longer you'll have to pay for it.
The hotel is really near to the center. It is in a free parking area. Nice hotel, very kind staff.
Great location, comfy rooms, quiet staff
Breakfast selection was pretty poor for the price, with no hot food
Greath view over Sierra Nevada, friendly stuff, nice SPA, good breakfast :-)
Even if I booked room "pay later" I`ve got an e-mail that I have to pay at once. Thanks booking.com it was fixed...
Good location (close to the city center and the Science museum) and kind staff. Nice spa area.
The rooms are small and there is no table.
The Spa was fantastic.
No good restaurant in the hotel.
we had a problem with the electrics (I had put too much water in the in room kettle & blew a fuse) and maintenance came straight away to sort out the problem.
having to book times for the spa.
location was great, staff friendly, very clean... nice place, I stay there again.
walls are paper thin, you could hear everyone"s business
Limited availability of spa closed sunday P.M. and all day monday
A lovely hotel, not too far from the main centre of Granada - it is walkable - 10 to 15 minutes to the main attractions. The spa is incredible - worth visiting just for this! We went on every occasion that we could to the spa, it is so relaxing and the perfect way to round off a day of exploring the sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would definitely consider staying again if I had the chance.
Just small issues - the tea making facilities were not always replaced and they made us pay for slippers in the spa which seemed fairly unnecessary,
Lovely hotel and room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was superb with a great shower and bath.
The Spa was by pre-booking for either a morning or afternoon session and closed during siesta time each day.
the leisure facilities were excellent, and the staff very pleasant and helpful.
the sink in our bathroom was cracked and there was no spare pillows or coves for the bed.
Staff was very very helpful and friendly LOVED THE SPA Room was good size
Mattress was uncomfortable
The way the wifi was advertised. We felt dissatisfied.
The staff was always helpful and smiley
The spa is not opened on Sunday afternoon and Monday. A bit annoying as we chosed this hotel for the spa.
Spa is a plus, it is quiet nice spa and not much people in! Position is 8 min from center.
Wi fi is slow..
Very good location, nice and clean room with very comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere. We had great time.
Price of the parking. You would expect a 4 star hotel will have the parking for free...16 euros a night, this is nearly 20% of the room price.
Free wifi is very Slow. Fast Version not practicable
Superb Hotel in a good quiet location. Very nice Spa all at a very good price.
Not a very simple way to pay in advance by transfer. Breakfast a bit expensive (9 euros each)
Our family stayed overnight en route to Sierra Nevada. The property is situated across Granada's Exhibition & Conference center located in a busy part of town. We enjoyed the complimentary access to the spa circuit & complimentary amenities like extra bed/cot. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet. The rooms are simple, functional & clean.
Underground private parking is available to hotel guests @ a cost but space is limited. Outside perimeter parking is almost impossible to find. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet however, it is not worth the value with limited breakfast items/offerings. Cafe bar in the lobby offers a limited menu so we ventured around the area to eat dinner. The front desk could use another staff member to assist with the telephone call volume & other concierge assistance during peak arrival/dinner hours. We requested a non smoking room & was given a smoking room upon which we immediately requested for a room change.
