Clean comfortable rooms, excellent service by the reception staff. Spa area was very good, although my partner was disappointed about not being able to get a treatment as they were fully booked during our stay. |

The free non-alcoholic minibar was a blessing. Good simple food and very pleasant staff. It is not ideally situated being a 15 min walk from the centre of town. |

Very clean and quite. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good, Air conditioning stops whenever you leave your room. This quite an issue in a town where the average temperature is around 40 degrees. |

The hotel is not all that centrally located, and was difficult to find. Parking is available, but there is no place to park while registering for the hotel. The lobby is quite 'cold'. If you're a business traveler attendign something at the convention center, this is probably a great hotel, but if you're a tourist wanting to explore the old town and the Alhambra, find someplace more central. |

We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. |

The hotel was in a very quiet part of the town. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has been open for just 3 months so very modern. The mini bar was free and replenished every day and the wi fi was also free in the room Absolutely not we give it a 10 out of 10, the only hotel in our 9 weeks of travel to earn such a rating |

Well laid out, modern clean and attractive inside, close enough to walk to everything in the centre, taxi to the Alhambra less than 6 Euros, reasonable on-site parking, and the car-elevator made us laugh! |

The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Well situated only 5 minutes walk to town centre. There could have been more tourist information available in the reception. The Spa was a great experiance. |

Das Hotel liegt an einem kleinen Park. Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist aber auch bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach dem auschecken konnten wir noch über 2 Stunden unser Auto in der Tiefgarage parken. Am Eingang gibt es eine kostenlose Erfrischung und Äpfel für die Gäste. Das Hotel war trotz Navigationssystem nicht leicht zu finden! Wir haben zuerst in einer öffentlichen Garage geparkt um uns an der Reception nach der Zufahrt und der Garageneinfahrt zu erkundigen. |
