Comfortable business hotel, relatively cheap for what you get.

For first time visits to Valencia not recommended, since this neighbourhood is fairly quiet in the evenings and the city centre is much nicer with all its outdoor places.

It was great hotel I suggest everyone that who is going to Valencia will go to this hotel it awsome

The room was amazing. It was clean with a very comfy king size bed. The staff was kind.

The facilities are under par for a 4 star hotel, symbolic gym which was not really useful.

Stafff helped a lot. Fantastic: tea/coffee maker. It made a big difference for me. I had hospital appointments & had to stay in the room/ lying down (back problems) I was very comfortable. Great to have some drinks free in minibar - instead of paying 3€ for a small bottle of water!

Too many stairs in the entrance / lobby - and the ramp for cases / wheelchairs - is too steep - demasiado empinado / pronunciado - no pude ni bajar si subir mi maleta por él.

Large room. Coffee and tea making facilities.

Location is about 15 minutes walk from all the sights and there is no metro nearby. Rooms are starting to show thier age. Hotel overlooks a major road junction and there was some noise from this.

rooms are neat and up to standard minu¡ibar .. included even bought poor contents (water and pepsi)

i cancelled valencia medium to upgrade to 4 star. we chose hotel for fitness and sauna.. fitness room was very poor and sauna not on. we could not use it. locatiponw as not the best. too far from center and technological park. we spend a lot of money on transport ,

We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia, which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.

No spare toilet roll in bathroom.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed (king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15- 30 min walk away depending on walking speed. Not in the historic city centre, but so are the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Valencia ( this is in fact closest to both the train stations and the city centre comparatively). About 5 to 6 euros by cab to city centre, train stations and the city of art and science. Distance is good enough not to be awaken by the falles fireworks from 1-3am!

It is an interesting ethnic neighbourhood, but relatively far from the centre or the subway.

excellent staff, very kind and helpful, comfortable rooms, free safe complimentary water and soft drinks. 15 mins from city centre and close to station

There was nothing we didn't like

By far the best 4 star hotel in which we stayed in Spain. Better than a 5-star hotel in Tenerife (SPAIN) where we stayed last summer. Price for a room is small (I think that because of the crisis).

Great Value for Money and excellent stay.

Everthing fine apart from car parking, I arrived at 12am, the car park facilities for the hotel which is at 15 euros per day closes at 11pm, so it was a nightmare parking, Other then that everything was great.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great because of the proximity to AVE station, downtown is just 15 minutes walk away and La ciudad de las ciencias is 25-30 minutes walk away.

Located very close to Joaquin Sorolla station, but it's impossible to get there by foot, though taxi costs just 5 euro.

El detalle importante de que la cortina no quedaba cerrada del todo y entraba luz, Y que por realizar una llamada de 1 minuto desde el teléfono de la habitación a un fijo, me cobraran 1,5€!! Pero si esas llamadas no cuestan nada ya, que están incluídas en las tarifas

its writen there is a wifi in the hotel - there is a signal but with it cant download mails cant connect to private apps ! big fault !

Large and very comfortable/clean hotel at a good price. Room and bathroom very large and very comfortable with kettle facilities. Decent enough buffet breakfast (although no cooked food really)

Main problem was location. Although only 10-15 mins walk to the edge of the Old City it is situated on a very busy road/junction, meaning there is constant noise 24 hours a day and the soundproofing of the windows is not that great. The walk into town along the same busy roads is also not particularly interesting.

It is a luxurious hotel with low price. Clean, great room plus facility and helping staffs.

Location. Not walkable from Joaquin Sorolla station and far from valencia nord. Taxi costs 4-5 euro

The room provided was very good for our accomodation purposes. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the service provided throughout our stay was first class.

We left a gift item to take home in the room on a chair, which was unfortunately left by mistake and when we rang to enquire as to whether it had been found and handed in after checking out we were told that nothing had been found in the room. Our fault for leaving it behind and it wasn't of great value but it would have meant a lot to the recipient on our return.
