Liked the design and decor of the hotel and it was very tranquil despite it's size. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was 'spa-like'. It was a very restful place to stay. Unfortunately the weather was bad so I didn't get to avail of the sun terrace - which was the primary reason I had booked this hotel and not a more budget option.

There isn't really a bar as such - more a sitting area which is serviced by waiting staff. While the area is stylish and comfortable and I was quite happy with that, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a lively atmosphere or more potential interaction.

Well located to visit Guggenheim museum, the old town and also close to both the train and the bus to the airport.

The room was very good, with lots of space and very confortable.

The breakfast was poor, no much choice, not good for a 4 star hotel

Excellent location, yet bedrooms were quiet. Very helpful staff. Can't comment on the breakfasts as many cafes very nearby. Would certainly stay here again.

Gym was very small, though adequate if only a couple of people using it.

The room had stairs to access the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor, and so the cafeteria service. They gave me the worst sandwich I've ever had.

Spacious room with a modern luxury feel. Central location close to shops, bars and the old town. Quiet room with no road noise at all.

No drawers at all in the room. Only a wardrobe and one shelf for clothes/shoes etc. Wardrobe also overhung the stairs making it difficult to use. Couldn't stay for longer than a couple of nights at most.

The location could not be better; within walking distance to all attractions and with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The communal areas were of good standard, clean, comfortable and well presented and I liked the art work on the walls. The room was clean and spacious. Reasonable choice at breakfast time; but for the price the cafe on the next corner a much better option Overall I would only consider staying here again for the location as I would only consider the hotel in general to be adequate and functional.

1. Lack of character in the room 2. Bed the most uncomfortable I have ever had the misfortune of sleeping on and the pillows next to useless 3. My husband complained about the position of shaver point and I found the type of hairdryer an insult in a 4 star establishment 4. Although the staff were pleasant and friendly enough there was absolutely no information given unless asked for 5. Not being able to have a drink on the terrace when we returned to the hotel at 5.30 pm (told curtly bar not open till 7 pm) 6. No tea or coffee facility in the room and rather tasteless coffee from machine at breakfast

The hotel is located in the best part of the city close to the public transport and touristic parts.

Perfect neighbourhood to discover Bilbao. Modern, clean, calm hotel with parking opportunity. Our room was quite big, even with the extra bed it was comfortable.

Overall great experience. Staff was friendly, and went out of their way to help as possible. Definitely worth recommending to other.

They don't take parking reservations for some reason. Would have been easier if they did.

Well located, nice rooms well equipped. Very comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the city centre. Close to all top shops, good wifi signal.

Toilet location in our bathroom could have been better located and access is not very easy given that you seat in front of the sink which is only a few centimetres away!

Very convenient location particularly for city centre facilities and 10 min walk to Guggenheim. Spacious with very modern clean lines and decor. Secure car parking a definite plus and at reasonable cost for a city centre location.

Lack of attention to cleaning and decoration around the shower area of the bathroom which in every other respect was excellent

Situated in the middle of the City Bilbao, Spain and near to everywhere you would like to be. A very new Hotel. A public, but very secure, car park is only minutes away from the enterance of the Hotel, 36 euros for two nights.

Took a long time to get to it due to the one way systems in the City. Even "locals" found it near impossible to direct us by car to the train station which was near to the hotel.

Very good location, close to the centrum, quiet hotel, very comfortable bed (slept like a baby), nice and clean bathroom.

Price of the breakfast, however there are so many delicious bakeries and cafés in the neighbourhood, that at the end we didn't mind skip the hotel breakfast.

There was soooooo much noise from the casino downstairs and I absolutely do not recommend for business travelers who need to get up early for work or those who are sensitive for noise. There are also 4-5 steps of stairs after you open the door to your room and this is not suitable for handicap / wheelchairs. This is also not suitable for those who get tipsy after some drinks at night,or pregnant women.

Efficient check in and check out - Quiet and comfortable. Good location - breakfast good.

Limited Cafe menu and was served chicken that was still frozen in centre!
