The ambience - quiet and relaxing. Short taxi distance to town

We understood that there are no 'walk in' showers - not good when in old age. Baths are difficult to entrar y salir.

The junior suite was booked for our 30th anniversary"these are larger rooms with a hydromassage bath". As stated on the booking form. We were given a "box room" without a hydromassage bath no 113 .The hotels brochure states 2junior suites this was not one of those I.We were offered an alternative on the ground floor which smelt of Damp.We declined. The dinner menu was supposed to be available from 7pm .this had not appeared by 8.15pm so we had to order a taxi to go into Denia town for dinner which cost 20 euros return .The hotel has no bar staff .We were ignored by restaurant staff for 15mins for a drink. .Below average customer services & the hotel lacked atmosphere. I have never compained about a room or hotel before but this experience was very dissapointing , I will definetly not be recomending this hotel to any of my friends The room was not worth 142.euros . We shall now be going back to stay at the 5star Marriott hotel for any future special occasions.

Service, Staff, Food, Room, all excellent

I wanted to use the sauna and gym. The sauna was out of order with a feeble excuse waiting for a part. With the hotel full for New years eve it should have been working, absolutely no excuses. The gym consisted of 3 machines, no weights. This is not a gym.

Just about everything! Exceptional staff, exceptionally comfortable bed, breakfast superb, gardens and pool perfect. Use of a nice lounge area if required. Handy to get into Denia by car or free use of bicycles, quad bikes and electric vehicle. Free use of sauna and fitness equipment (if you wanted!). Balcony overlooks pool and gardens. We would sum this hotel as "quietly very efficient". You are not aware of any of the staff working around you.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely pool with beautiful views and loads of space for sunbathing. Great breakfast.

Can sometimes be hard to get served a drink as waiting staff seem thin on the ground.

This was our second stay and we found it excellent both times. The staff are extremely friendly, spoke English very well and made us feel very welcome. We would have no hesitation in coming again.

My only request would be that you should introduce tea/coffee arrangements into the bedrooms.I.E. Small kettle with tea bags and coffee on hand.

Really nice surroundings. Nice and quiet as not bang in the centre, which was our preference. Great breakfast. Great restaurant overall. Good views and nice pool area. Nice extras in the room, robes etc.

We stayed in a room which can also be used as a family room ie only a door between the two rooms and my oh my did we know it... Clearly the couple next door thought they were staying in a detached house... If I was to return I would request NOT to be put in an adjoining room.

Super comfortable with a sedate and peaceful atmosphere and most helpful staff. Would recommend the breakfast - very good value at 8 Euros. I liked the availability of bicycles; the hotel is some distance from Denia town centre and a hire car would be desirable/necessary. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Smiling, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful garden, lovely plants, lovely 'water works'. Nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Terrace with nice view on the garden. We had dinner at the restaurant (unfortunately) only once (we were visiting friends and therefore spending the days with them) but even though there were not many guests when we ate at the restaurant, the service was smiling and excellent. We were sorry we couldn't come more often. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our only 'complaint' was that the tea never comes really hot and isn't made with bottled water. The tap water has a funny taste.

Great location: the setting with the pool and trees and the views to the sea. The beach and beachfront walkway/bike path are close by. Charming rooms with balconies with views over the pool and to the sea. Beautiful decor throughout. An excellent hotel.

Quiet location, less than 10 minutes drive from the port in Denia, and 5 minutes walk from the sea. We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The receptionist spoke excellent English, and was very patient when we tried to speak Spanish! All the staff were very attentive and helpful, even going in to the town to buy a uk plug adaptor, when we discovered we had left ours behind! We had a "Superior Room", overlooking the spectacular pool area and the sea, with mini-bar, flat screen telly, towelling robes & slippers,toiletries etc.Dinner was beautifully cooked and presented. Not expensive, considering we chose from the a la carte menu. The Buffet breakfast offered a huge selection of fruit,pastries,cheeses,meats & drinks - spoiled for choice. We only stayed for 1 night to celebrate our 20th anniversary, but will certainly go back for longer.

4-sterren met beperkte faciliteiten en teveel accent op luxe wat niet altijd lukt.

matige keuken met matige bediening, niet alle wijnen beschikbaar, menu was maar beschikbaar nadat onze bestelling reeds half uur naar de keuken was, cocktails leken/smaakten meer op een mislukte parodie.

El hotel está muy bien y la comida también, quizá le falte un spa con piscina interior climatizada para esos días menos calurosos.

En los cuartos de baño no hay espacio disponible para dejar las cosas, los lavabos ocupan todo y la parte de abajo donde están las toallas hay que agacharse y es incomodo para dejar las cosas.

Todo, es un hotel fabuloso, la ubicación fantástica, el personal muy atento, voy a volver y probar la piscina.

El personal excelente, la cocina nos gustó muchísimo, en general todo.....ya hemos reservado de nuevo.

Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y nos fuimos muuuuy contentos. El trato recibido fue de primera,la habitación muy muy muy confortable y bonita. Tienen un restaurante en el que se puede comer o menú o de la carta y también cenamos genial. El hotel es una pasada,nos encantó y pensamos volver muy pronto.
