Excellent spa.

I particularly liked the attention to detail, for example being able to change my pillow for comfort.

No access to the outdoor pool, even though we booked a premier room.

The location was perfect. The staff very friendly. The junior suite was excellent. Huge balcony with a beach/sea view.

We decided to upgrade from a deluxe room to a junior suite as the balcony was so tiny. Limited out door space for relaxing.No outside bar or restaurant.

Price of parking very high!

The room was spectacular! Great shower, enough space for an entire army, good tv, etc. Breakfast was quite hearty, with a great selection of foods, including fish. Very friendly staff all around.

The pool area needs to be heated. In a place like this, check out times should be later as to be able to enjoy the long afternoon ahead before flying back to the uk.

The location is great across the street from the beautiful marina plenty of bars and restaurants, the beach is at the back of the hotel and the town center is a 2minute walk away.

As it rained for 2 days during our trip we wanted to use the indoor pool facilities but were told these facilities were exclusively for guests staying in the suites. We didn't mind paying extra for using the facilities but were told we could not do that either.

It was everything you would expect from a 4* hotel

Being on the marina side, can be a bit noisy, due to the night club over the road

Hotel is excellently situated, staff are friendly, very relaxed, excellent breakfast bar.

No free parking. At nearl £20 per night, this is a considerable addition to the cost of a short break.

Excellent value for money. Very helpful staff who gave us great advice about where to eat etc. Our room was very good and our view of the sea and our little balconey exceeded expectations. The location of this hotel is perfect and I would definately come back.

The indoor pool was a bit tiny but heh! you can't have everything!

Location of the hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff and comfort of the hotel made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't pay for the breakfast as we thougt EUR15 to pay was too much. We went to the city centre for EUR11 for 2 people instead!

We liked the sea view from our room , it was amazing and it was very close to the centre so we can walk and also very close to the beach , the location is perfect . The buffet breakfast was variable with different food and it was excellent . The staff always smiling and friendly . Alicante is a beautiful city with its high mountain st Barbara Castle . If we go out at any time there are people walking around with different restaurants . Pialle is the famous food there although I did not try it because I do not like sea food. The people are very kind but we had to manage many times with sign language because they do not speak English and they talk with us Spanish even they know we do not understand. Alicante is beautiful in everything and I would like to visit it again.

Hotal lacked decent and confortable public areas such a nice bar or resturant...merely a cafeteria...not quite what we expected for a 4 star hotel. Premier rooms comfortable but very small enclosed balconies...expected better for the money. Spa was average, clean enough but not spotless and indoor pool area needs attention and upgrading, towels spotted jammed in between removalable windows to stop drafts I guess...poor. Breakfast and breakfast staff was very good but late shift reception staff lacked decent customer service skills. My partner and I both have worked in the hospitality industry and felt this was a poor reflection of a 4 star hotel.

Very clean,comfortable bed. Looks a quiet ideal location for beach and city-however night time was a very different experience

Location quiet in the day and all hell let loose at night.noise from nightclubs made sleep impossible plus air conditioning not available six months of the year! Room very hot and even with balcony doors open it was airless plus the noise of thumping music and drunken shouting was magnified Four stars this was NOT

Location was excellent, the room (and bed) was very clean and comfortable. Coffee and orange juice at breakfast were outstanding.

The entrance to the hotel was not particularly welcoming, resembling more an aircraft hanger ot shopping mall. Once through the doors reception was fine. Lack of variety for the buffet breakfast. (Only sweet croissants?) Also, lack of variety for a cooked breakfast, I felt that this was just a token for the North European visitors.

Well located close to the harbour, the beach and the center

quite expensive, SPA not very good, parking system really annoying ( have to pay each time you want to go out istead of having a bill at the end of your stay)

Room very hot at night. Could not adjust temperature and air condition did not work. Must open door to balcony to sleep and it was loud music and talking close to hotel
