This newly constructed building with modern and vanguard studio suites inaugurated December 2006 is located in the Argüelles business area, just few meters away of Plaza de España, Gran Vía, Palacio Real and Madrid de los Austrias.

Modern and vanguard studio-suites with all the necessary conveniences for total comfort. Among its services are a garage, laundry-dry cleaning service, 2 conference rooms, a cyber corner and a Viena Capellanes Breakfast buffet.

Area information

The hotel is located in the city centre, next to Gran Via, Moncloa and Princesa, a few metres from Plaza de España.
Palacio de Oriente is just a 5-minute walk away and the area, Madrid de los Austrias, is the best recreational area in the city.

Perfect location!!! We took hop-on hop-off city tour bus and there were
two stops within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel.Everyhting in the hotel
and about it is exactly as advertised! Staff are nice and very helpful,
and all speak English. Hearing a lot about hotels in Madrid we won't
think twice to recommend it or stay there on our next visit! Great value
for money.

There is no kettle in the room, so if you want to have tea better
bring your own!

Very convenient location, close to city centre and metro. Hotel very clean and comfortable and also very quiet considering it is in the heart of a busy city. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and speak good english.

The suites have a cooker and fridge but there is no facility for making tea/coffee - why is a kettle not provided? Although cooking implements are provided on request there are no facilities to wash used items. Provision of the basics such as washing up liquid and dishcloth would be useful.

Hotel is very close to Plaza de Espana (3min walk) and all the main attraction in Madrid. Close to metro Station (Plaza de Espana)

big room, cleanliness, good location, very close to palacio real and plaza espana, 1.5 km from plaza del sol, new hotel

they dont have wireless, poor air conditioner, the staff dont help us with the problem of the air conditioner
