For us, it was no problem, but the hotel is arranged so that part of it is half a floor lower than the rest. This means that for the breakfast room and some of the guest rooms, the elevator will bring you to the main floor and you need to walk down half a flight of stairs. This could be problematic for people with mobility issues. As in many hotels these days, the power in the room only works when the key card is inserted near the door. This is to keep the air-conditioning off when no one is around to save energy. However, it also means the refrigerator is not running (don't leave perishable food in there) and if you try charging a phone or laptop while you're away, it won't be charging. This is a minor inconvenience.
Our room had a large balcony with two lounge chairs and an umbrella. The morning was shady and pleasant to open the doors for fresh air. The afternoon was hot and sunny. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, bright, and clean. The parking is very convenient (uncovered, but secure with key card access), this was an important factor for us because we wanted to explore the island each day. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking to the Palma center, you can walk directly or by way of the port. This was really nice as we didn't have to park in the center and we could enjoy wine with dinner without driving. It is also at the base of the hill leading up to Bellver Castle, there are a lot of steps, but the view is worth it.
