Serennia Apartamentos Arc de Triomf  

The check-in manager is very helpful and client-oriented. Location is convenient, close to metro, city center and Estacio de Nord bus station (for Girona airport). Plenty of supermarkets around.

Terrace is not a bonus as it comes out to a well yard with no view at all, however it's rather a pity, not a disturbance.

Facilities and comfort and the big supermarket around the corner. The WiFi worked well. Good restaurants around ( look for them with the foursquare in your smartphone) Don´t go to the restaurants for tourists in Barcelona. They are not honest and they will try to fool you .

The doors unlocking code appeared a little bit unsafe. A couple of strangers opened the door while I was there. No ammenities at all. I had to buy toillets tissues ans bath soaps and off course washer machine powder soap.

The location was good!

It was not so clean and the owner very impolite, a German woman who took us money, 120 eur, for lingerie without an invoice and still acting impolite, terrible person!

All OK - no major problems with anything. Lots of supermarkets nearby; relatively near the metro.

Thought it was 2 bedrooms when booking, but is all open, with bedroom upstairs, and 2nd bedroom is actually the lounge with pull-out bed. No seperating walls. One bathroom / toilette.

The aparment is very close to the metro station. It was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind.

On the description of the apartment they say to have a 24 hour reception. But it isn'T. When you arrive at the airport you need to call a member of the staff and organize to meet him at the apartment.

Location and modern apart with everthing you need.

No contact with the staff and no resolution of problems.

Hot water problem during morning shower times. Happened daily for 3 days. TV not working.

It is close to metro, supermarket is around corner.

People of serenia apartamentos are not friendly! We didnt feel wellcome! The last day we waited for more than 1hour to get our bail money back! We were going to miss our plain! Really bad!! People very rude!

The cleaning wasn't done properly. Dust on the sink, little flies coming from the drain.

The apartment is situated near the centre - a 10 mins walk to all the attractions. Very comfortable and well equipped, clean and modern. A supermarket downstairs makes it easy to feed the family.

No view from the windows.

Location close to sagrada famila about 10-15 minute walk. About 15-20 into plaza Cataluna. Modern and very secure apartment.

When walking the street to the apartment late at night it seemed a bit isolated. But encountered no problems.

Has a great location in that it is near a metro station. Only two stops and you are in las ramblas. It is situated in a residential area. The apartments are family friendly and is well equipped.

Could have been a little cleaner.

Great location, very good comfort. You have everything from microwave to wi-fi and freezer.But be very carefull one minute over the hour of check in and u're charged 20 euros! Oh and there's no cleanning lady...but you have a mop!

simple design,however with all facilities required. A perfect city break apartment

The available facilities are good - well equipped for quick meal. The supermarkets are very close by. The room setup is perfect and comfortable for a small family like us.

The apartment was very dusty and would be good to provide a vacuum cleaner so that we can clean the place since the cleaning is done once a week. Th mop is also so worn out and should be changed regularly.

Everyone really enjoyed it.

Appartement très propre. A 200 m de la station de métro " arc de triomphe". Magasin d'alimentation en face de l'appartement.

Pas de connexion internet. Beaucoup de mouvement aux étages supérieurs, donc appartement bruyant. Aucune vue car appartement encastré entre des immeubles, peu de lumière. Service de garde de bagages payant ( 10 euros)
