Location was great!!

Rack with towels in the hall by the elevator. Not much room there & thought it was a fire hazard.

Only 4 bath towels for 6 adults Patio & balcony (which I consider accounted for the higher price) looked neglected.

Location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing.

the apartment cleanlines was not satisfactory.There was a constant sewage like odor when the windows were shut!!?? athe shower stall had no curtain or door!!

Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.

Small things but annoying in this class of apartments: - lack of washing powder for dish washer - almost exclusive Spanish TV (but you dont come to BCN to watch TV, anyway ;)

As it was my 30th a group of 8 of us decided on a trip to Barcelona and I came across the Serennia Apartments which I booked. I was extremely happy with my choice as were the group who I came with. The apartment was modern and furnished well and it had a good space of living to say the apartments was for 8 people. It is in a very convenient location being on top of the ramblers. Special mention also of Albert who ran the building...very nice fella who spoke perfect English and who was very helpful. Totally recommend this apartment.

Only downfall was not enough supplies of toilet roll...can't complain at anything else.

Shower bath was not clean,dirty towels you can clearly see the brown spots , I give it 0 out of 5,waste of Money, I had to leave the flat 4 days before the end of the rent, I really feel sorry for what I've paid !!!!!!

Very well appointed 2bed apartment complete with modern kitchen and furniture, including washing/drying machine. Excellant apartment briefing on apartment and location, one of the best experienced (Albert).

Very minor issue: This is a apartment accommodation, which commonly means supermarket purchasing, however suggest a small soap in bathroom and one washing machine soap issue to enable a complete welcome.

proximity to shops,transport (bus and underground),restaurants and Las Ramblas.

Bit noisy at peak hours so recommend earplugs.

Great location near La Ramblas. Metro nearby. Albert explained to us how to use it and the best ticket for us to buy. Nice new modern apartment.

Bed in the main bedroom was two wooden slat beds put close together. Would have preferred a double or queen size instead. Was a bit street noisy but that's what you get for living on one of the main strips.

I loved the location and the apartment was great! What a view! Nicely furnished, comfortable mattress I would stay there again!

Problems with lift not working. Kitchen was lacking in basics that the other apartments we have rented in Europe had. No bowls for cereal, no salt, pepper,only glasses were very small, no dish soap, paper towels etc. ran out of toilet paper... It would take very little effort to make this a five star rental but little comforts were lacking.

A really modern apartment, awesome interior design, comfortable, simply love it. Self-contained, kitchenware was really useful to us. Washing machine provided and just helpful for our 5-days stay over in Barcelona. Staff/manager, named Albert, really helpful and committed to his work. Calling few times because we forgot our key, he travelled from somewhere 10 mins away from the apartment just to meet us, appreciate that. Truly caring and accommodating. Location was just nice, 5-10 mins to Plaza Catalunya, a main spot for everything. You can get shopping malls, restaurants, sightseeing buses, airport buses, metro stations, literally everything from Plaza Catalunya. Overall I would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend others to this hotel too.

Central location. Convenient for everything - tour bus stop, shopping, supermarket, cafes. Large flat enough for all our family. New new flat; fully equipped. Real value for money! Highly recommended!

Location, location, location Safe and comfortable Cecilia was helpful and friendly.

Wifi did not work for us so we had to go to the restaurant at the corner or pay to use at internet kiosk. You have to bring your own bath gel and shampoo because they only supplied very little.

We booked these Apartments on the basis of the reviews we read. On arrival, although a bit apprehensive as we thought it must be too good to be true, we were more than happy with the whole ambience of the accommodation. Albert met us at the door (we were late but he was still smiling and gracious). Such a very charming and accommodating guy, nothing was too much trouble for him. The Apartments were brilliant as specified & spotlessly clean. Also so centrally located in the City Centre, we cannot find anything derogatory to say about the whole experience. With the added free Wi-Fi which worked great and kept us in touch with the UK we couldn't have picked a better place. Once again we must give our regards to Albert, who advised us on the tube, bus tours, where to go and what to see (and where not to go!) Thanks. Bobby, Ali, Neil & Garry fae Scotland.

What's to say? Read the review, doesn't get any better!

We liked the room. That it was livingroom, several bedrooms, nice kitchen and diningroom.

The aircondition didnt work in the livingroom, just one bedroom. It was freezing cold. The shower we had to hold in our hand because the holder on the wall was destoyed. It was dust on the floor.

The appartment was very clean and tidy, with lots of space. We had everything we needed for a great weekend away. The location is ideal for La Rambla, Gothic quarter and very easy to get to frpm the airport bus stop, only a five minute walk. Tourist information was nearby aswell as some lovely bars, Bracafe and The Milano cocktail bar.

The location of Serennia is so close to Plaza Catalunya and many shops along they way. Serennia Apartamentos has all the features you need for a extended stay. The staff is top notch and do their best to accommodate your request. We needed a cab large enough to fit four adults and eight pieces of luggage which Albert arranged with no problems. The area is a little noisy but given the large population of Barcelona I'm sure not many places in the city around that area will be quiet.

The location was great, access to the building was simple, the manager was exceedingly polite and helpful. Facilities were in full working order, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed private access to our own roof top terrace.
