In excellent location, good sized room and ensuite, had everything we needed. The decor of the room could do with updating. The room smelt of cigarette smoke even though we had asked for a non smoking room.

Friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Lift to upper floor. Clean and comfortable with air con. Good bathroom. Wi-fi a bit tempremental but did work in the room. Handy distance from station and then town on the doorstep. The road it's in seems a bit grim but we always felt safe.

The price was excellent. The room was clean and in a great location. The size of the room was good and the bed was fairly comfortable. They advertise that they have air conditioning.. And they do... But it's not very cold. It's a central unit and only can be controlled by the front desk. They would not change it. We were very hot at night.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and relaxing.Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied. The hotel was well situated near the centre of town and all transport services were close by.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those wishing to visit the historic city of Jerez. Staff are very helpfull and friendly, they are Spanish and that is the spoken language. Room was spacious and clean. Personally I don't think this is a 3star. It has no bar or restaraunt as such which was not a problem for us. However if you were to book this thinking it was a 3star you could be dissapointed. Parking is a little tricky, although we were in a 6 meter van and we still managed to find a space within a 5 minute walk. We would definatly use this hotel again as there were more pros than cons for us...

La situación en la que se encuentra, en pleno centro de Jerez. El personal es inmejorable: informa muy bien de los posibles planes para disfrutar de la ciudad. Es un hotel muy antiguo. Las habitaciones tienen humedades y el cuarto de baño no tiene ventilación. Creo que tres estrellas son excesivas para este hotel. Es más tirando a un hostal.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, está limpio y el personal te atiende bien. En relación calidad/precio bastante aceptable..... Nos dieron dos camas separadas y no dieron opción a cambiarnos de habitación, ni siquiera se preocuparon de juntarlas una vez comentado y siendo un viaje de pareja fue un fallo por su parte, evidentemente las unimos nosotros. El mobiliario es un poco antiguo.

muy bien hubicado, facil de llegar y en el centro Mucho ruido por la noche no te dejaban dormir un grupo de jovenes y la recepcion no izo nada al respecto, ventana del cuarto daba a un patio interior y el vecino te podia ver perfectamente.
