Evening meals were over cooked

I have been two years running now its nice and quiet around the pool and the food his good lot of selection will go back next year.

bed wasnt very comfy

god food very good staff 2 for 1 drinks in the evening

noisy wooden floors used to be carpet. inconsiderate people coming in late making a lot of noise with no consideration for other guests,bedrooms really need modernising and upgarading.

Thisis our fifth visit to the Calypso and as always it was first class lovely staff very clean and lovely food going back again with friends in october

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff, good variety of food. Good location for beach and nightlife.

Nothing negative to say about hotel.

The Atmoshere was friedly and tranquil. Entertainment was laid on every night. Trips were arranged. The taxi service was superb. Most of the staff were friendly, efficient and spoke some english and made a great effort to help and advise.

Could not complain about anything.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food very good . The Hotel is in a good location and great value for money if you want the full Benidorm experience . The old Town has some very nice Bars and Tapas type Restaurants.

Whilst the Beach is good and there are some nice shops dotted around I hated Benidorm which is full of binge drinking undesirable Brits and makes you ashamed to be British!!

Good food and service at all meals. Bedroom satisfactory, Reception good.

Poor quality entertainment on some evenings.

The Scottish lady on reception could not do enough for you very friendly nothing was a problem the food was good a wide choice restaurant staff friendly

The room we had was small in the annexe A314 but clean even though it was a bit tight

Liked the location,the food is always good,always clean and tidy and try to accomadate us when we request a certain room where we have stayed before,have used this hotel on several occassions and would recommend it to anyone.

wish there was a comfortable chair in the room and can never understand why hotel rooms never have clocks.

Good food, staff and an excellent hotel

The Security was very poor at the main entrance door and consideration should be given to re-siting the reception so that it is at 90 degree angle to the entrance doors to prevent unauthorerised entrance by pickpockets and muggers

The location and staff, both brilliant. Food was good with plenty of choice. Wish the pool had been heated but you can't have everything.

The influx of spanish people the last few days. It is not the fact they are spanish....It is the fact they would not queue and pushed and shoved in front of you at meal times. I know we are in their country but we are paying for the privelege and a bit of courtesy and good manners would not be amiss.

The hotel is very friendly, comfortable and right in the middle of Benidorm's nightlife. The food is excellent and the staff efficient busy working without intruding. Very good value for money. We even got complimentary tickets for the Benidorm Palace Show. Great.

The hotel has all that is needed nice clean rooms maid service daily,large lounge/bar friendly staff and supberb selection of food, would recommend it. i have been going for the last 4 years and it is a great location Beach and bars on your doorstep. Carole

It was very close to where we needed to be for our line dancing week- end.Although this was not our first choice hotel it was very good.

The attitude of the staff on arrival. We have been to the Hotel Nereo (sister hotel) many times and we have always taken copy of recidencia or passport. Never have we been asked for originals. As we are already in Servigroups system, even copies are not necessary. The receptionist was adamant and made us feel very small, saying they were needed for the police, as we live here, we need only supply our nie numbers and the police have our history. Apart from this first impression all the other staff were first class.

my room, the view was the the hotel next door, but as Calyso was fully booked, i couldn,t be moved

Staff throughout Hotel excellent, Location close to entertainment , however quiet at night. Food was good. Televison had good chioce of english channels.

Rooms rather small especially bathrooms. Room No 1016.

Being told I had to pay for a single room when it was changed before we arrived

Good location, rooms clean and adequate.

Staff in the restaurant were extremely unhelpful and rude. I was eating and a lady reached across my face to pick up a dish. They were bad mannered and did not want anybody in the restaurant, the food quality was poor. However, my daughter became ill and the hotel manager redeemed himself by providing me with a room for her to sleep in after we had checked out at no charge and it was a full hotel. I was grateful for that..
