You have to pay 2 euros a day to use the room safe. They also print your passport number on your bill which is an identity theft risk.
The main thing which wasn't good was the maintenance of the gym.
The multigym is tired and could do with replacing but the treadmill was the main problem. When you run on it the action is not smooth and occasionally judders which, if someone were running quickly, could lead them to injure their legs.
One of the belt fixings had broken off and the other had been glued back on. A little investment in the gym would go a long way.
While the gym doesn't raise revenue for the hotel it is an important factor in the overall impression of the hotel.
Aside from that the hotel and all of the staff I met were very good. I would recommend it and I would stay there again.
Location, helpful staff, secure parking, free wifi, cleanliness, some English TV channels (BBC, ITV), good food quality (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Aside from the gym I found the hotel to be very good.
