Everything, the staff could'nt do enough to help us. The food was very good and the staff also very helpfull and everyone had a friendly face The location was great very handy to the centre. We are going back for Christmas

Location, friendly staff and good food altogether an excellent stay.

Food was excellent. The spa/well being services were first class.

We were a party of 3 and had single rooms. Room no 428 was very small.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , the reception area is luxury itself and dining room has a great verity of food to choose from ,spa,pools indoors and out ,great security as you have to use your room keys to enter the floors to your rooms and pool area as these are closed off by glass doors

Rooms very basic although very clean , a tray with a kettle ,tea and coffee would be most welcome along with an ironing board otherwise no complaints .

I enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and buffet style with plenty of choice. My room was very comfortable and well serviced. The hotel is very well situated near to the beach and promenade and the old town only being a short walk away. I would book this hotel again.

Cleanliness of the hotel in all areas, friendliness of the staff and very helpful on the reception. Food was good and plenty of it, displayed well on the food area. Would recommend and will be returning ourselves.

Loved the central location within benidorm. Buffet meals were fresh and plenty of choice. Overall decor of the hotel. They also gave us free entrance into benidorm palace.

The view and balcony from our room overlooked another hotel and its balconies. Would have preferred pool view.

We found the cooked breakfast was cold every day this time. We have stayed in this hotel before and up to now have been satisfied.

The hotel was great, the location was very good, the other services such as the wellness centre were very good. Receptiomn was excellent

The bar shut at 00.30.and no mioni bar stocked in the room. The waiter staff removed plates whilst the other one was still eating, this made me feel that I had to rush my meal.

The average impression is positive,we liked a lot about this hotel,but it looks more like 3 start hotel. Why? We visited the hotel of the same chain-Servigroup and it was 3 star and being true,their is not difference) I was planning to use the inner pool with sauna but due to its working hours I did not manage to do it-a pity.

there was no option for hot drinks during the supper-strange. No russian channels and just a couple of english ones,so tv was useless.A coffee/tea making machine would be a great addition.

Location

There was lots of relaxing and comfortable chairs to socialise with friends. Very nice atmosphere and although staff were available they did not pressurise you to buy drinks constantly. My friends and I have in previous years always stayed at the Peublo. The Diplomatic is more luxurious but the day to day food at the Peublo has a wider choice.

The temperature in the lounges and dining room was uncomfortable and far too hot and airless, my friends and I had to go outside several times in the evenings for some fresh air. The pianist in the lounge played the most terrible and boring music which seemed solely for his own enjoyment. It was loud and made conversation impossible. A little light popular music would have been preferable, we were after all on holiday. I was on the first floor and there was at least 3 dogs on this floor. Their owners ahd left them and they constantly barked. I did complain to reception at the time. I have a dog which I make arrangements for when I go away I do not want to contend with other peoples pets. I would always warn people that this hotel takes in dogs, I was not aware hotels did this and very disappointed.
