Entertainment value for money excellent food friendly efficient staff comfortable rooms and balcony especially 116 lovely swimming pool and sunbathing area will come again also stayed last October

We always find this hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere and the staff are fantastic from reception to room maids. We look forward to our next stay at the nereo in january.

The relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff (especially at reception) and all in all the friendly people who, like us, return year after year!

We found this year there seemed to be inadequate supply of parasols which resulted in a race every morning to obtain one - not a good start to the day.

Did not like the fact that the terrace on the first floor was open to other visitors who sunbathed outside our balcony.

staff are brilliant cant do enough for you,rooms good food good location is perfect not noisey at night going back soon.

The room was comfortable and adequate. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area.

Tea making facilities not in our room. Hated not having a drink until breakfast.

Karen. We stayed last Christmas and New Year and were delighted.

We booked in August to be advised 4 weeks prior to going (whilst in Egypt) that we could not have a full stay at the Nereo. Not having wi fi we could not change flights. We were not given any help to move hotels and no good will. The food was awful. The eggs being raw for breakfast, we felt that this was a health hazard so did not have cooked breakfast. The main menu lunch and dinner indicated several food that were not displayed? We did see fresh prawns at the Christmas and New year day. We did complain at the time but did not hear from the restaurant Manager.

i liked the friedlyness of the all the staff in the hotel the food is very good plenty of it ,it is kept very clean,the location is good ,i think it could do with a revamp in certain areas but i will be back in april.

i didnt like the new years menu ,i dont think i was the only one by the dinners that were not eaten,also you do get a smell in the rooms on occation thats not very pleasent

everything was fine we had a problem with the drains but it was promptly attended to

the new years gala dinner was a big letdown we have stayed inmany of the servigroup hotels and that was the worst meal . the meal time said eight o clock it was not served until 9 o clock it would have been better normal buffet service

The hotel was warm and welcoming and very clean. Ideal for a short break. It's location to the sea front is great and walking to the old town is easy. Taxi fares were reasonable priced. Beaches are well kept. Reception staff very helpful.

The local area (surrounding streets) not very impressive. Full of third rate "shops" and bars.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel, excellent bar prices and friendly and polite staff. A very nice gesture was a free night out at the Benidorm Palace.

As we only spent a few days in the hotel and the weather was bad, we felt very comfortable when we were restricted to the hotel and the staff were helpful. We certainly will go back to the hotel next year.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant very good, plenty of choice of meals.

they need to have a camera set up on entry to hotel as i had all my money pinched between getting off shuttle and entering hotel
