Maitre de a little over zealous; we have stopped in just about every Servigroup hotel in the area and have alawys been more than welcome. He seemed to be against people have a little fun.

Only thing was all the rooms were ready apart from mine as I was the only person left they put me in a different one on a different floor they should have done this to start with and let us all have rooms at same time .spart from this very good service .

The hotel is clean ,serves beautiful food ,the bedrooms are top class with the bathroom with the glass door to go in very trendy .I have stayed in the orange many times in the past years and its got even better . cannot wait till I book with you again and go there ,thankyou very much. Please pass these comments on ps I stayed with a friend fri till mon and were then joined by 16 others who no doubt will rave about the orange

Being on the 9th floor

The Location is great,Most staff are really friendly.The food is good.2 For 1 drinks is fab.

The beds are hard.The bathrooms are not cleaned very well.The pool bar service was very slow.

We were greeted by really friendly efficient happy staff. The hotel was right in the middle of all the bars, yet still wasnt too noisy at night time. It was very clean! Very modern! And usually bars are a lot cheper than the hotels - but this hotel was even cheaper with the 2 for 1 deal! I have only been back for days and have already tried to book this hotel again - but unfortunately I is full at the time in Setember whn I want. Everybody I know who stays here is happy to go back :)

Walls too thin - noisy. Beds too hard. Not enough lifts. Lifts too small. Dining room like a canteen. Public rooms very dated.

nice relaxed atmosphere and internet was good access.

Breakfast's the quality of the bacon and sausage was very poor. The bar prices had risen significantly since our previous visit last May.

me and my friends have been coming to this hotel for over 11 years its such a lovely hotel cant fault it at all and food is amazing because we all party its so easy just to come home on your own as its such a fab location

Didn't get the wake up call from reception that I requested . Could have resulted me missing my flight home.
