Great value for money, clean and tidy, all staff were helpful and friendly, food was excellent

All staff helpful and friendly, food was good and rooms were very clean. Nice pool area and easy reach for most areas in benidorm.

Location, food reasonable, room cleaned efficiently.

No sun on the small balcony in the morning, no hot drinks available during dinner.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was perfect for a relaxing break and was in a quiet location but within walking distance of Benidorm town and beach. The food was good and the breakfast had an excellent choice of fresh fruit, cereals and of course the cooked breakfast. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and this would be my choice again when we return next time. I have no problems in recommending this hotel to others which I have already done so.

Meals are served Buffet style. They are not kept warm and this applies to the breakfast especially.

Excellent value, the hotel was very clean and comfortable with lovely staff. For those who don´t speak spanish and for those who do, then Nicky Coupland is fantastic. She will help you with anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, despite the poor weather in Benidorm!!

the staff were very nice and friendly its a lovely hotel to stay in and i shall go back again to stay there my friend and myself felt very safe as we are two ladies that go on holidays together many thanks the only thing is the food could be hotter but there is plenty of it

Clean and staff very nice, all that was required for our trip

It is a small, well run hotel in a good location. All the staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. It is spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are spacious, and the temperature in the room good at all times. An excellent hotel, which deserves an excellent review. Well done.

Not a criticism, but a kettle and a hair dryer in the room would have been useful. Not a problem to us as we took both.

The single room I stayed in was spacious with a double bed and adequate terrace for table and two chairs

Evening dinner with no table linen despite the fact that all photos in all literature on this website and all others including the hotel brochure in the hotel bedroom showed the tables with tablecloths for dinner, which is rather confusing when one is triyng to decide which hotel to use .

I liked the price and the value for money, drinks were 2 x 1 and alhough I don't drink some of the party did, food & service very good

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable room. The food was also very good and the hotel is well positioned for Levante beach and Benidorm Palace. We will definitely return.

The noise of the spanish people in the restaurant or corridors late in the evening, beyond the hotels control but exceptionally irritating

Food good and plentiful. In a nice area of Benidorm close to cafes and bars. Beach five minutes walk. Clean.good size room.

Needed ALL guests passports to book in. we werent all together. made a real issue out of it.Being out of season bar closed throughout day. Nice enough to sit by pool but nothing to drink, vending machine out of order. Signs up saying do not bring own beverages in. Car park €10 a night. Parked on street.

The warmth & friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very good & very welcoming. We've never been to a hotel that was so warm & comfortable.

There wasn't a 'smoking' area for people who smoke. There is adequate room outside to fence off a small area for smoking just outside the lounge. Instead we had to stand outside in the cold. Most bar/restaurants have this facility in Benidorm.
