“This is a very good hotel. The staff were superb. There is a really good variety of food, and it is nicely prepared. My Husband & I stayed at the Rialto Hotel for four days which wasn't long enough, the staff were very nice always helpful, the food was excellent, the whole hotel was lovely and clean, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Our second visit to this hotel We liked it so much first time when we went with friends that we took our grandchildren this visit. The staff are superb and all our wishes were met. Food is excellent and a wide variety. It is close to the main shops and beach. There can be a bit of noise from the local bars. A childrens menu could be a welcome addition.

The food is quite good. The location is not bad for getting to entertainment. The staff are friendly. The bar could be made a bit more enticing. The pool is very cold. It can be very noisy when sitting round the pool due to traffic.

We have stayed here now three times. Food is good and and plenty of choices. The room/bathroom very clean,beds comfortable.Not far to walk to centre.Plenty of bars etc. close by. Shall definately stay here again.

Hotel was very clean,staff friendly and the food was quite good. When we were there,9-11 mar12 they also had 2 for 1 offer on bar drinks,which kept us in the hotel more instead of going out to bars,and entertainment both nights.the hotel is also in walking distance of the beach,market,shops,bars and benidorm palace. As in a group of 7 older people,there were no complaints about the hotel at all,apart from the fact that the rooms could do with a colour change.we would definitly recommend this hotel to other people and will be returning again.

Location of hotel and the food was good. All the facilities were available if required. Being up a hill it would not be suitable for disabled to get around easily. The beds unfortunateley were very hard and not very comfortable.
